Great location near Plaza Bolivar where most attractions are located. It’s around the corner from Gold and Emerald Museum. It’s a mixed use facility for residents and hotel.
Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The place was great overall. The apar**ent i was in did not have a working washing machine which would have helped since my luggage was lost on the plane. Also the bed was not very comfortable. Overall if the beds would be more comfortable i would 100 percent stay here again. Right now i am only at 85 percent. Location could not have been better.

The apar**ent is VERY clean and surprisingly modern in a place surrounded by the old and dirty city. The communication was difficult because I don't speak Spanish and they did not speak English. Organizing a shuttle to pick me up was a bit difficult and I was unable to do that until the day I arrived at airport, which added stress. But, the driver was very prompt when picking me up to take me back to airport. The apar**ent had a coffee pot but no coffee. You must bring all coffee, cooking oil, etc. And only one small bath towel and a small hand towel. The bed, sheets, pillows and warm blanket were excellent.

I was advised not to go outside this apar**ent after dark as it was not safe. On arrival, there were multiple police officers outside the front door, dealing with an incident. There were security guards in reception. The corridors were long, dark, deserted, and quite intimidating. The apar**ent door lock was flimsy and I felt the need to place furniture behind the door. There is no heating or air con at all and the temperature never got above 17 degrees C. The linen was old and tired and toiletries were absent. I counted off the minutes until I could leave as it was cold and I didn't feel safe.

C'était un bel appartement. Par contre le lit est très dur (je confirme donc un commentaire précédent sur *******). Je n'ai par contre pas aimé la vue qui donne sur la cours intérieure et tous les autres appartements. Pour moins cher et mieux je conseille plutôt Torre Aqua tout près de là avec une vue spectaculaire. Dans ce présent appartement on se sent isolé de la ville tout en étant dans son centre, ce qui donne une impression bizarre au logement
