For the business trip it was a good choice, only complaint is that I put pay at property and immediately I got an email from the hotel saying there was a problem with the card and reservations and I need it to pay before x day or my reservation would be cancel. After a lengthy proceses the hotel wouldn’t charge me had to write to ******* who contacted the hotel. Turns out they didn’t charge me because I said I would pay at property. All that fuss for nothing!

My overall stay was ok…staff was friendly and helpful…. But people that were directly above me were forever moving furniture opening and closing drawers and walking with their street shoes on…. In other words they were very noisy..

Had to change stays because this location was not close to my business. Requested a refund and never received it but did receive the receipt for the stay i did not do.

La atención y ubicación del hotel fueron muy buenos. Queda cerca a vías para tomar taxi o Transmilenio.
El hotel es acordé a las fotografías por lo que la relación calidad precio es muy buena.
Quizá el detalle solo es que tienen que ir a abrirte la puerta para entrar o salir.

No tiene ascensor. El baño está lejos de la habitación. El servicio de agua caliente es deficiente. No hay muchas alternativas para tomar el desayuno.

El apartamento estaba muy cómodo, aunque no habían utensilios en la cocina para poder cocinar. Nos quedamos en el segundo piso del lado de la calle y lamentablemente demasiado ruido de los locales de al lado y también demasiados carros y transporte pesado que ocasionan extremadamente ruido.
