If you are a diver, you shall stay here. And it’s just right at the dive point.
However, with this price, they have ants issues, and they don’t clean everyday. You have to tell them to clean everyday to avoid ants.
At least, hot shower and air conditioning works well.
The toiletry is very very basic, best to bring your own shampoo and bath gel.
Bring ear plugs if you have issues which chicken sounds in the morning.
Dinner closes at 5pm, if you didn’t catch it, need to go far into the town to eat.
Overall, I have a great time during my Xmas diving trip.

Nice place. We stayed here for our freediving courses at the freedive academy since they were fully booked, but all worked out great. Kaliksan is a nice place, not special, but the location is excellent. For me the down side was the amount of tourists and freedivers there to visit the reef and the sardines right in front of the resort. Overal, I'm happy to have visited - the staff is very nice!
