Just had another great stay (July 21-24) at this Marriott Facility, enjoying standard flow of Bonvoy privileges. As a Bonvoy elite member consistently above Platinum over the years, I tend to take great service as granted wherever I go both domestically and internationally. After the recent terrible experience at SpringHill Suits Boise West/Eagle in June though, I realized the need to show appreciation to this Marriott facility. In addition to the nice staff at the front desk, great service, and prime location, Bonvoy member can really appreciate the Bonvoy hospitalities at this facility. The standard flow of Bonvoy privileges started with an email confirmation of my reservation, followed by a welcome email from Assistant GM Kerri Keith. Upon checking in, I got upgraded (whenever available) to R1422, a 2-story 2-bedroom high ceiling apartment in the quiet corner lot. As I entered the apartment, the rooms are cool and super clean, with the high ceiling fan on. Apparently, the flat has been specially prepared, with welcome message displayed on TV to have a personal touch, to really feel at home while away from home. The member privileges here exemplifies Bonvoy standards around the World, the reason why we have chosen Marriot for. Thanks for everything! I am sure to be back soon. Dr. Z
