Hotel Reliance

Room was untidy, ac was not working properly, the taps were leaking, the lights were so dim. Not a good place for a hygienic stay though the food was good

Location excellent breakfast need improvement early morning 6 am exit didnot even have tea honestly in employee room clean

Hotel not cal received night 2. 30 am. Stay outside bokaro steel city railways station. Station steel city bokaro other side stay in night

Bad experience. Lift not functional, toilet flush not working, water tap not working, maximum times ac not working due to power issue, no basic toiletries.

I have been to many big hotels, but first time ever i was charged for drinking water. Seriously? can't you even provide normal drinking water to your guests even in this summer? this basic thing also a guest has to buy?. Room was ok, but according to the price range, it's below average. Bathroom was also not very good according to the price and maintenance they charge. Once there is power cut, there is no ac and lift operational. We faced power cut off during our stay.

A very nice place to stay, the behavior of staff and good facilities. Good quality food. Very quick response to customer needs.

No spit ac, one very old window ac with no efficiency. Smelly rooms. Cheap quality bed sheet & furniture.

Rooms are dirty, lights are very low and rooms wall crack. Bathroom tap was brocken, towels and other complementary things are not given. Tv is not recharged hence it was not in running condition.

The location was superb just adjacent to the bus stand and the amenities and hotel staffs were very much cooperative. Highly recommended!
