Poteva andare meglio. Palazzo storico nel centro di Bologna, Location davvero suggestiva e affascinante in particolare il cortile interno, detto "orangerie" al cui interno c'èla sala colazioni.
Il servizio è migliorabile: al nostro arrivo la camera era gelida perché gli ospiti precedenti avevano chiuso tutti i termosifoni della stanza. Controllare no? Ok il palazzo storico in un albergo a 4 stelle mi aspetterei termostato in stanza per regolare la temperatura. Invece l'unico modo per farlo è chiudere o aprire a mano i termosifoni. E infatti poi nel cuore della notte mi sono svegliato per il troppi caldo. Vabbe..
Lavandino del bagno tappato. Chi ha pulito il bagno prima del nostro arrivo come ha fatto a non accorgersene? Perché non è stato sistemato?
Al mattino niente acqua calda. Ma scherziamo?
La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è l'attesa per il tavolo a colazione. La sala è microscopica, rinunciate a un paio di camere e fate una seconda sala...

Amazing, quiet property within walking distance of the centre of Bologna. Friendly staff and quaint garden terrace/room area serving breakfast. Two restaurants very close by.

This is a charming little hotel / residence within 10-15 minutes walk to the main square and shopping area. Great staff attitude and service. If we had to come back we would stay here again.

A nice, clean hotel with a beautiful garden. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. There are a couple of very good restaurants within steps of the hotel. It is a little distance from the center of Bologna but in a nice, safe area..
