The manager Inna was the most attentive and professional. The staff at the bar made me feel like home. We had a chat like old friends and had some pleasant conversation. Perfect service, great breakfast with amazing staff. Definitely would recommend.

A very nice hotel, had a junior suite with spa tub. It could use a bit boffins a freshen up, especially in the living room area, but bedroom and bath great. Reception very friendly and helpful. However, I was promised a room in the back off the main road but was not given one. It wasn't too noisy though. Would probably stay again.

A great hotel in a great location. Our very comfortable room was quiet (overlooking the courtyard) and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. The team at the front desk answered my questions prior to arrival quickly. It was also nice to be given - without asking- a room upgrade. In summary, a perfect hotel in a perfect location.

The hotel is nice and in a great location if you don't have long in Bologna and want to be close to the train station. It is an easy 15 mins walk to the center and the room was extremely comfortable. However, I had found the price cheaper online and on arrival asked if they would respect the price. They said that was an error and the price was fixed, but if you look on their website it's 40 Euros cheaper. I have had this happen before and the hotel usually offers breakfast or matches the price but here they didn't want to hear anything and were quite rude at check-in.

Modern hotel very close to the central train station with level paving throughout the route... good for wheeled luggage!
Reception staff were very friendly and check in and out was quick and efficient. The hotel has a clean, modern feel throughout. My room was spacious and, despite using 'do not disturb' so that I could get up late one morning, the room was still serviced after I had left as late as just before midday that day!
The location is safe and, aside from other guests having conversations right outside my door and slamming their doors (not the hotel's fault; people are generally very selfish these days and lack etiquette), it was very quiet.
The shower was particularly spacious although the shower door functioning did make it hard not to flood the bathroom floor!
This is a good hotel and I highly recommend it.

my booking was made through *********** with full payment required a few days prior to arrival. According to this requirement my credit card was charged a few days prior my check-in. My stay wouldn't have been so bad but the hotel as well charge my credit card again. I thought it was a human mistake and contacted *********** and the hotel at the same time to resolve the issue a few days after returning from vacation. The hotel completely ignores my messages and has not responding to *********** inquiries. Prior to my arrival the hotel was very quick to answer all questions and concerns. location is good only if you need to stay close to the train or bus station. Hotel is pretty clean, rooms are small but comfortable
