This guesthouse occupies an 100+-year-old mansion with thick stone walls. It's outside the main tourist areas, so quiet and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. The breakfast is very good. Staff are helpful and friendly though some have very minimal English skills. They accommodated our request for an early breakfast when we left before the usual time to start a tour. There is a lovely, quiet garden in back with chairs and tables, and you can buy drinks to sit and enjoy. There is an inexpensive parking lot across the street if you drive. The location requires walking down (then back up) steep hills to get to the central tourist area.

Lovely old building. Excellent staff. Nice play area in garden for the kids. 15 mins walk into town (uphill on way back). Family room was spacious.

The property was nice but room was small and well kept. I wish the room has an AC which would be helpful in summer months. We enjoyed the small green area in the back. It was relaxing and cute space to hang out in.

A rgood place to stop in Porto, not far from Sta Caterina pedestrian street and in a quiet neighborhood. A lovely old style house with three floors which unfortunately doesn't have a elevator .

The hotel is located about 20-25 minutes walk from the city center and is very reasonably priced thus providing great value when staying in Porto. Our room was cozy and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of fresh pastries, fruit, yogurts, and cheeses to choose from.

Small, friendly guesthouse offering a great breakfast in dining room & a sweet courtyard (pictured). Simple rooms but clean & comfortable. A bit noisy due to street traffic.

The hotel is at fifteen minutes by foot from Trindade station and is a comfortable and quiet place for a short visit to Porto. The room was very clean and included a private bathroom and a TV. The location is convenient to visit the centre of Porto. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall pleasant stay, good value, and breakfast was good too. Only shortfall is you need a bit of walking up/down hill as it is situated at the hilltop. Walkable if you enjoy strolling and exploring. The neighborhood.
