O hotel é bom, mas não tem estacionamento, temos que deixar o carro na rua. O café da manhã tem poucas opções.

O Hotel é maravilhoso! Eu amei! Fica bem no centro de bonito, grudado em vários restaurantes, bares, cafés, mercados e farmácias. Toda galera da recepção e serviço de quarto está de parabéns. Voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza

We were very happy with our first stay, in room 5; the room was nice and clean, aircon quiet and effective, plenty of hot water in the shower, great service, nice pool and really friendly staff. Brilliant location right in the city centre. For this rate it was excellent value for money. Our second stay, we moved to a larger room, number 9 - but unfortunately this room was very noisy. The windows could not close properly, and the street noise was very loud (saturday night..) . Apart from this, we were very impressed with the hitel.

The airconditioner in the room 127 was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. Except this one thing everything was just good.

Excellent value for price. Outside of high visitation ie holidays provides exceptional value. Building appears well maintained, the room was a tad on the small side yet comfortable nonetheless with ensuite bathroom, shower, refrigerator, air conditioner, double paned windows or so it seemed. The big downside was the noisy thoughtless guests who insisted on drinking, playing music far after the cut off time of 10pm. As the building itself which has a number of wings very close in around the pool, those guests with rooms such as my case nearest to the pool can have a hard time sleeping. Locals are quite thoughtless in regards to the sleep requirements of others. I counted over fifty bottles of beer strewn poolside which is neither here nor there. Yet bespeaks of the managements lax enforcement of the rules ie 10pm. My stay was greatly enhanced by a staff member who spoke excellent English providing insights on life in Brazil.

Good price for a good ubicated hotel in the center of Bonito. But if you have back problems it’s not recommendable because the beds are not good. Queen size bed was made of two single beds so it has a gap in the middle.

Quarto satisfatório com amplo armário, café da manhã de qualidade e frigobar eficiente. No entanto, a cama poderia ser mais confortável, e o ar condicionado apresentou um vazamento desagradável próximo aos pés da cama, possivelmente devido à alta temporada e dificuldade na gestão da rotatividade de hóspedes. Houve também a presença de algumas baratas, e a resolução deste problema, juntamente com pequenos ajustes, contribuiriam significativamente para a experiência do hóspede.

Foi boa nossa estadia,tivemos um acidente dentro do quarto por falta de manutenção no banheiro, porém a atenção do gerente e os funcionários comigo e minha família foi prestativa em especial o recepcionista que me fez o curativo no meu dedo... enfim pelo preço que paguei estou satisfeito e volto quando precisar

O hotel está com a manutenção muito ruim, bastante degradado, a piscina estava constantemente suja, não havia estacionamento e a postura dos funcionários durante o atendimento não foi legal!
