Wonderful place to stay while visiting our two App State students. Very convenient to everything in Boone. The hotel is very charming and comfortable.

We decided to give this place a go because it was totally different than any other place we’ve stayed before. I’m so glad we did. Super cute with extremely friendly staff. We had two comfy queen beds w/a balcony. I personally loved that the room had polished concrete floors and no icky carpet. It was a little chilly out during our stay, but the room was cozy and we had a great view of the sunset. Also really enjoyed the food at the canteen. Can’t wait to come back. In fact this will be our go to place to stay when visiting Boone in the future.

A wonderfully unique stay! The decor, lounge spaces, outdoor areas, and restaurant were perfect for our family of four. Friendly staff and clean rooms are a testament of the pride everyone has for this renovated gem in Boone.

Oh my goodness what a gem. It’s a cute little hotel/motel so conveniently located! The amount of details in the decoration is impecable. There’s no corner left untouched. You can tell it’s an old building that was remodeled, but it was done with quality materials and good taste. The food at the restaurant was delicious and not expensive. Every single person was very nice and helpful, from the recepcionist to the waitress. Loved the place, will stay here again when visiting Boone.

Clean room, Nice view out the front. Staff was really nice in all our dealings. However the room smelled musty when we first entered and the rugs are rolling up at the edges making a tripping hazard. A little coffee machine would have been nice (they did have it in the main lobby).

Staffs are super friendly, love the decor! It's not a typical motel. It's more like a boutique hotel. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Have a great courtyard and fireplace.

Everything was excellent! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back again! 10/10

My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to the mountains and were looking for a unique experience for our overnight stay. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Rhode's Motor Lodge. It was clean and private, and the staff was amazing. There was live music in the lobby Saturday night and the atmosphere was so great, we decided to stay instead of heading to another bar in town. Such a gem. We will be back!
