St Vincent Cottages Dee and Timmy Side

When I last visited in dec 2023 it was awful Now it's much worse They never get the hot to business thru think all easy I was shocked how it's gone downhill I was hoping for a much better experience it's still dirty and they are still unprofessional

Awful place staff rube not recommending dirty They so unprofessional the way they treat staff and clients so unhappy with all of it they need to be so much better at what they do not go save your money much much much much better place available not happy at all

The room is not considered cheap since I paid a reasonable price, but it turned out to be one of the worst stays we’ve had. The hallway going to the room is wet; we could’ve slipped. The room is creepy and has a lot of mosquitoes. The room has no wifi signal or cellular signal, which is the worst! The bathroom really stinks, and I ended up spraying my perfume just to ease the smell of the room. We couldn’t approach anyone in reception since there’s always no one available. I suggest you just spend your money somewhere; you can add extra bucks and find a way better hotel. 

This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to live like an animal. The only nice thing was that the staff, they tried to accommodate me after I asked for a refund because I was leaving to another hotel. Only then did they give me a somewhat decent room with wi fi after I had already booked something else and refused to give me a refund for the following nights even after all of my complaints. Also the door knob was falling off and the shower knob as well. Would NEVER stay here again.

More blanket and pls a little thick blanket n clean as you need ..

Little bit dirty , unsafe , no water for toilet bowls to flush , the brush use to clean the toilet smells bad if you brush it to the bowl , it will smell bad , their is no luck in the window .
