Relaxing and nice. Close to everything necessary. Stores and restaurants within 500 meters from the hotel for your convenience. Bus terminals with transportation to a shopping area called Knalleland. Everyone is so welcoming to.

The place was clean, the rooms clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner was good. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs at breakfast was WAY undercooked 1 of the breakfasts. The other one I did not eat so don’t know if it was a one time thing or not.
I would stay again if in the area.

The hotel doesn’t look like much from outside but the room was really pretty, minimalist in design but with some nice fashionable touches. Bed was very comfortable and the big bathroom a treat. Breakfast was abundant, was expecting some salmon on the buffet.

The hotel was fine and great breakfast. But the service was okay. They could have told me that I had breakfast and lunch included. I found it out when I checked out.

Two night stay. Nice and quick check-in, breakfat nice but...
The cleaning could be (much)better, the bathroom in really poor shape(the sink broken in a really ugly way, standing shower in a really wobbly and therefore dangerous bathtub). Disturbing noice late at night from a nearby nightclub. Hard to find parking. 3-star ...maybe.

Stay was of 5 days, and was nice. Reception of arrival was very pleasant. Room have all the basic amenities. Located nearly 11 mins away from Train/Bus central and 2 mins away from heart of City.

Booked a deluxe room, good price nice room for a hotel in the center of Borås town had lovely bathroom and good sized cable tv. Weather outside was down to minus 16 in the night and the floor in our room was literally ice cold in fact when we opened the curtains in the morning they we stuck to the windows with ice, not what is expected in a quality hotel. Other than that the place was good with a good breakfast (maybe it should be a summer hotel) .
