I have yet to go wrong with a travelogue, they do it well and you know what to expect of the room, a double in my case, which are by and large the same. The size is good, the amenities are there, the shower is good, the bed is comfortable, need more be said

Great position and very helpful staff. The bar and restaurant are convenient but are very plain and not warm. Parking is not included and it’s certainly not cheap at 7£ per day. Not what I would consider value for money. It’s also in need of some renovations.

I found the staff especially Rebecca and Peter who greeted us when we arrived very friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was good quality and good prices, with a daily top up service for anything you may need for you room and regular cleaning, overall very happy and pleased with my stay, very enjoyable, Sincerely Abigail Brewin and Rodney Honeywill

Avoid!, especially If you have children! This hotel needs security as stayed here on more than one occasion and some of the guest are interesting and you don’t feel safe! Nat a nice experience! Disappointed when voicing my concerns that they were not taken seriously, the poor girl on reception was having to put up with a very rude angry man pointing and shouting in her face at reception, while we are trying to eat our meal in the restaurant.

There were 6 of us, Italian teachers, because we had 77 students having a language course (2 week) in Bournemouth. The price was very good too. We appreciated the position, your breakfast and the reception service (Rebecca was great!). For our Italian standard the only problem was that you don’t clean the bedroom regularly but only when we ask for…sometimes you forgot too

Booked one night on a whim to extend our holiday and break up the journey hom , all done from the car while sat in traffic ( by my wife in passenger seat ) with no issues at ll

A very comfortable night in a quiet room facing away from the road on the 4th floor. A bit of a challenge to find free street parking but the adjacent road is free 5pm to 9am and the other way is free all the time (but fully occupied by parked builders vans)

Had a wonderful stay here all due to the staff who are amazing, but especially Dora who went the extra mile to make things simply perfect. I stayed in an accessible room with my son for a few nights to look for a new house. Thank you so much Dora I hope your boss knows your value because you are an absolute credit to the chain. PS the Travelodge survey sent to me would not accept my responses so I hope the hotel has sight of this and passes over my thanks to Dora.
