The whole experience was great. I received a text from someone saying if there was any thing I need let them know and sure enough I forgot my razor. I text the number and someone showed with a razor within 5 minutes.

這就是**的酒店，交通十分便利。性價比還不錯。停車不收費，但是要額外給度假村費。 酒店衞生還不錯，房間很大。

The stay was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The young lady at the front desk offered an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub for a small additional fee which I was happy to take. The restaurants in the hotel were more than satisfactory. My only complaint would be that we felt chased away from the black jack table. From what he said the dealer was in a lot of pain and if we left he was going to be able to go home. I would return more often if there were tables with lower minimums but I realize they’re there to make money. I will be returning soon

Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious. I requested a higher floor and was put on the 23rd, which was perfect. Probably one of the better ****** hotels in Shreveport!

Facility is nice, Slots are tight and don't pay very well. Wait staff was not very good, gambled 2 to 3 hours and had waitress come by once
