the location is the only positive aspect of this hotel. Not renovated, no safe, pillows and bed are terrible, check in wasnt very welcoming and breakfast was not at all good. I expected much more from this hotel. will not return.

If there is a wedding in the main lobby, the air conditioning is directed there and in the rooms you can enjoy the sauna. Almost 29 degrees Celsius. Also, the room was not very clean (dust on all furniture). For the 5th floor, you have to take the elevator to 4 and then up the stairs to 5. 4 elevators and only one functional.

Ho prenotato per 2 notti pero purtroppo il secondo giorno alle 15 di pomeriggio ho dovuto andare via e cercarmi un altra stanza in un altro albergo... praticamente non c'era riscaldamento ho chiamato la reception e mi e stato detto che riscaldamento si accende dalle ore 20 alle ore 8 di mattina..... praticamente ho patito tanto freddo pur di aver pagato..... doccia intasata cuscini orendi da buttare via proprio. Ho chiesto cena in camera posso dire che la carne lo buttato via alla fine di tutta quella cena solo l uovo era mangiabile...unica cosa bella la ragazza alla reception e stata gentilissima 😁
