Service with a smile is what you will receive from Sammy and his team on Serenity Island. It is the perfect destination for rest and relaxation. The meals are also very good.

房間有紗窗，離海很近，有珊瑚礁和小魚，好評。水濱別墅有淋浴，水很熱，衹是水小一點，島上可以體諒。有空調和冰箱，空調很涼爽，但冰箱很舊是壞的，製冷基本沒作用。布草不會每天更換，一客一換，但是洗浴用品很齊全，有護髮素和身體乳，但是沒有牙刷。有吹風機。要注意上島每人來回FJD220是另付的，不含在房價內，但是島上一日遊含午餐189，也不知道這個上島費怎麼定的。

這裏的風景絕美，隨便拍照都很出片，服務人員都很好很友善，會主動跟我們聊天，真的感覺很淳樸，我跟我老公英文不太好，他們也比較有耐心，我看網絡上經常有人評價説斐濟的酒店有螞蟻還有蒼蠅什麼的，但我覺得這很正常，這裏熱帶天氣，而且很多樹木叢林，這很正常，我定的這個酒店我是覺得很不錯了，房間裏也很乾凈，我們是單點的午餐和晚餐，沒有踩雷，都很好吃，和我們的胃口，可能我倆運氣比較好，點的都很好吃，以後有機會還會再來的，

第一天因為沒房了了住的家庭房，有點貴，其它都還好，還可以直接從這裏預訂去cloud9的票，最好預訂餐一起，更划算，單點挺貴的

交通：從vuda Marina出發，酒店免費接送，去其他地方需要和小島老闆溝通，老闆超熱情，去cloud9也找了自己的朋友送我們去，雖然去cloud9的船不怎麼樣，但反而很刺激（500fjd一艘小船）
衞生：衞生就還是很乾凈的，衹是在島周圍浮潛完會帶很多沙到床上
環境：環境很棒，酒店正面的沙灘很垃圾，但島另一的沙灘很挺好的。重點！重點！重點！這個島周圍浮潛可以看到海龜，運氣好還可以看到“友善的”鯊魚！
服務：服務頂級！完爆香格里拉這種品牌酒店（品牌酒店人很多，服務人員就不是很熱情，甚至點餐都不積極，水都不給）。小島上的服務人員，甚至會記得你的名字給你打招呼，人多的時候還有kava歡迎會和篝火晚會，就讓人感覺各方面都被伺候得很周到，返回主島後酒店會幫你安排出租，我們強調了要打表的（被不打表的司機亂宰），打車從vuda Marina到香格里拉酒店才不到80刀，反而從香格里拉去機場被品牌酒店亂宰120刀。
優點：服務熱情，超級熱情，小島人很少，可以獨佔沙灘玩，小島很安靜，島周圍水也很好，有很多魚和海龜
缺點： 有很多免費活動（划船，paddleboarding）需要自己去諮詢，附近沒有鮮艷的珊瑚，早午餐比較單一，Wi-Fi不太行

Overall was a great 3 night stay. Wasn’t bored, as I feared. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food was generally OK, you wouldn’t go here for the cuisine , equally you wouldn’t not go here because of the food.
Definitely recommend.
