Awful experience staying in this hotel from start to finish. There was no one at the reception when we arrived at around 3 pm and we had to wait about 45 minutes for staff to check us in. Then we were asked to pay, even I thought we payed through trip.com, but the staff was persistent saying we didn't pay so we payed again. When I checked my bank account it turned out I was now charged twice, so I tried resolving it with the staff, but they were uninterested helping us, instead they were taking personal calls, laughing and ignoring us waiting to speak to them. Also no one at hotel spoke english. I had to contact trip.com to resolve the issue and get a refund. The room was the smallest hotel room I ever seen, bedding had cigarette burn marks and there were hairs in the sink and shower. The hotel also didn't smell clean. I regretted booking this place and next time I would rather sleep under a bridge.

Vous avez dis Hotel ?? je pense que le service d'urgence 115 est plus propre et plus accueillant.
Hotel très sale, matelas en mousse très faible épaisseur très inconfortable, douche extérieur très sale, pas de serviette,
j'ai déjà visité un hôtel première classe qui étaient quand même avec de meilleur service.
Il est incompréhensible que ce genre d'établissement puisse rester ouvert.
Moralité dormez dans votre voiture vous serait bien mieux.

L'accueil était de qualité. La chambre qui m'avait été attribuée ne s'ouvrait pas. Une autre m'a été attribuée immédiatement. Le site web ne mentionnait pas le montant des taxes de séjour qui m'ont été demandées à l'accueil.
La nuit à été agitée car quelqu'un a fait claquer les portes à plusieurs reprises et marchait bruyamment. L'extérieur n'était pas bruyant cependant.
