Quality Inn

For our first trip to Cape Cod 2-1/2 tears ago, we chose the Quality Inn at Bourne and were so impressed that we stayed there again recently. This really a decent, conveniently located establishment. It is clean and well-maintained by a truly dedicated staff. The food in their attached restaurant is very palatable with friendly bartenders and wait staff. The price, given the date of our stay, was fair. I have only two "less-that-positive" observations. First, the breakfast offerings still tend to be a bit thin. We are used to included breakfasts at places like Hampton Inns. Quality Inn pales in comparison. Cereal, toast and machine-made coffee? Actually, the in-room machine made better coffee. Plus they have incorporated a policy prohibiting taking anything back to your room. Their breakfast room is small and not very inviting and I do not like dining with strangers. We simply refused to comply and sneaked! However, the worst change is to their housekeeping policy, We were there for four days and we totally agree that daily fresh sheets are not necessary. Apparently Quality Inns has implemented a "green" housekeeping policy for two days minimum. THIS place has stretched it to three days. We do not mind making our beds but three days is entirely too long ... stinky damp towels, overflowing waste baskets and limited toiletries. It ceased to be fun! Regardless, the benefits outweigh the negatives. Enjoy the lobsters and crab!

We were truly wayfaring strangers. After a mix up with our reservations with another motel, a kind owner of Another hotel obtained an accessible room here on July 4 weekend. Not only was it accessible, but was the most accessible we’ve been in, with close proximity to all amenities. The staff went over and above.

Have been coming here a few times per year for 12 years. It has been improved very much over the years. I find it very clean and comfortable and very accommodating. Have been here at busy times and slow times and look forward to another stay in July.

Property is perfect for our short stay. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Just the Heating and A/C worked well but way too much of some disinfectant or fragrance comes out of it.

Hotel and stay were pleasant. Nothing fancy but in general more than decent stay. Beware of included breakfast. It is pretty much non-existent. Some bread and cream cheese. It is being described as continental breakfast.

Great, disappointed there was no breakfast. Little noisy from bridge.

The staff was extremely rude and no one in our group enjoyed this hotel. They should spend a little extra time cleaning the rooms. Hotel chains are sometimes hit and miss and this hotel itself was definitely a miss! Learned my lesson to read the reviews on a property before I book!

I've never met a more rude manager than this fellow. He simply does not care about his customers. They have a horrible cancellation policy as well. Stay away from this place. The place was dirty and it smelled very bad. They need to change the name of the Hotel to No Quality Hotel.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Stay away if you can. There's a reason its one of the cheaper priced hotels. It's dirty, the staff is rude and they don't seem to care about their staff. There are many more better hotels to stay in this area than this one.
