Detached, completely single-floor holiday home with modern, very comfortable interior. The kitchen is spacious and supplied with all amenities, any chef's dream. The bedrooms are light and colorful.
Around the house a garden of more than 2500 m2! Here the children can play football or table tennis. When you wake up in the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace with a view of the wonderful, sloping area. Cool down in the private swimming pool, and enjoy some bacon on the barbecue in the evenings. Restaurant, bakery, post office and daily groceries in Lougratte, 1 km away. Here you'll also find a swimming lake with paddle boats, slides, and a playground for the little ones.
Hidden in the green hills of the valley of the river Lot you'll find Villeneuve-sur-Lot (25 km), a bastide with abbey from the 11th century. Every Sunday you can buy delicious, local plums on the market of Monflanquin (15 km). How about a day trip to Agen (57 km)? A cosy, old town with shops and terrace and the Walibi amusement park.
