Loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. The breakfast provided was also very good. The hotel is located very close to the beach which is very convenient. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Chap on reception was very welcoming & pleasant. The ladies waitressing at breakfast were very helpful, nothing to much trouble. Lovely hotel at a great price with breakfast thrown in!! Exceptional room for the price, very clean, right on the seafront. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We are definitely booking again! 👌

The Hotel was very convenient for the BIC where we were attending a Show as I have temporary mobility issues. The Hotel Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the use of the disabled parking next to the Hotel.
The Restaurant Staff were also very friendly and efficient and the food excellent.
Would definitely use the Hotel again.

Really terrific staff - what a great asset they are!
From housekeeping to reception to the restaurant - they all smiled and greeted us and couldn't be more kind
Very tasty and relaxed breakfast
Very well sized rooms
I know that In some reviews people have commented on the furniture being dated....just IGNORE them. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great with an excellent location and very clean. That is all that really matters.

Great location with view of Bournemouth pier. Breakfast was good at attached restaurant included with our stay. Room and bathroom was large and bed very comfortable. Easy to get around in buses. Excellent olace to stay. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic two nights stay at this hotel. The service was excellent - delicious food, brilliant varieties for breakfast - just to note not all hotels like this one offer inclusive breakfast and that was one of the reason we stayed here. The seafood was top notch and cooked to perfection - had the seabass and my partner had seabream. The room was of excellent quality and comfortable to stay in - very clean. I would definately stay here again and I would like to recommend others to do so as well. Just to add we were upgraded without asking to one of the seaview rooms which was a nice gesture as it was my partners birthday. Signed off with excellent customer service.

Booked two rooms for a one night with my partner and two teenagers. The rooms were next to one another and really spacious. Our room was a little cold but when we told reception they boosted the heating. The location was brilliant for bournemouth town centre and really close to the pier and the beach. We parked in the car park right opposite for £14 for 24 hours which was ok. Breakfast was ok, had a choice from the menu, no real complaints. Would recommend this hotel and would definately return. The staff were very friendly and found the hotel to be clean. Thank you for a lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Central last night! So convenient for the BIC! We literally had to walk over the road and we were there! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The bed was really comfortable- the best night’s sleep I have had for ages! Breakfast was included and this was freshly cooked - a really lovely hotel to stay in!

Good value for money. Clean. Well decorated. Handy parking in the BIC across the road. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Very handy for BIC and Pavilion.
