I have stayed here before as I like this place another. I requested a room by phone away from the road but was put in room 12 next to the constant noise of the A35. After paying a lot of money for my break I would have expected my request to be honoured. Disappointing.

Friendly reception staff at check in. Lodge room clean and comfortable, nice hot powerful shower. No noise at night. 10 minute walk into the town centre (note, it’s uphill on the way back so may be an issue if you have mobility problems ; and bring a torch as path is dark in places). This was only a brief stay so didn’t use the pool etc but all facilities looked nice and we were given information on these on arrival. Would stay again.

Comfy, reasonably clean spacious room with plenty of storage, tired furniture but reasonable.Staff very friendly. Loved using the spa facilities. Good value for money

My favourite place to stay when in town for business
Staff are all wonderful and facilities amazing after a long day of work.
Just such a lovely place to stay and so so handy and convenient for work and for getting around whilst also feeling very quiet and set back from all the hustle and bustle of town.
Perfect little retreat!

Great location for the centre of Bournemouth, literally a 5mins walk to the main square.
Comfy bed and quiet location.
Stayed in one of the attic rooms don't expect to stand up to have a shower unless you're 4 foot or less, so it was nice to enjoy a bath
Had breakfast there from ordering to service it took 42 mins for the food to arrive and it wasn't that busy, maybe there was a problem in the kitchen!! All I'm saying is it could take a bit of time...
