„Phenomenal travel and stay experience. The journey to get here isn’t easy as it was a slope up the mountains. But everything was worth it when we reach the hotel, the service staff is amazing including 洪梅，杨杨 and the front desk staff for cooking and preparing amazing food for us. It would be better to come during spring or summer as it can be a bit cold, the swimming pool isn’t heated during winter. Overall cleanliness and the hotel facilities is superb!”

„This hotel is located in the heart of Chishui city and appears to be quite new. Parking is very convenient and free of charge, which is a huge plus. The facilities and linens are all new and fresh. There was a slight new-construction smell, but it wasn't overwhelming. Initially, the air conditioning in our first room wasn't working properly and wouldn't cool down. After contacting the front desk, the staff member whose WeChat name was 'Yiyi' (一 一) was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged for us to move to a room on the third floor. What's more, a staff member went ahead to the new room to turn on the AC and pre-cool it for us – excellent service! The new room had an outdoor balcony, which was perfect for smoking and enjoying the street view. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. One minor issue was that in the bathroom, only the overhead shower worked; the handheld shower attachment had no water flow. This might be something worth checking. The bathroom itself was a little on the narrow side. The hotel's location is great for exploring local eateries, easily accessible by foot or taxi. On a side note, when booking, I highly recommend choosing the package that includes complimentary tickets. It's incredibly cost-effective! Individual tickets for the Great Waterfall and Yanziyan are quite expensive, so getting two tickets to these main attractions included with each room is a fantastic deal. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive. We went around 9 AM, and some dishes were already gone with no replenishment. However, upon check-out, 'Yiyi' from the front desk thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, which was a very kind and personal touch. Overall, the facilities are relatively new.”

„My checked in was handled by 万先生. I have the intention to book a room that comes with breakfast, but i book wrongly without instead. Mr Wan patiently guided me to cancell and rebook again on Trip.com. Thank you for his superb service and attitude. My booking comes with breakfast for only 2 pax. He courteously offered a free breakfast for my daughter as well. When I checked in the room, the wifi was not working. The technician was fast to get it resolved, too. The room is very comfortable with a nice river view. If I were to visit Chishui again, I would definitely choose this hotel again.”

„這個環境和衞生都無敵了，是我來貴州留下最深刻的回憶，很開心選擇了素日，工作人員也都很有耐心和禮貌，管家客服可以説是各種滿足，我到10點40幾分了才想去喝點酒，但吧枱11點就下班了，調酒的小哥哥依舊很有耐心的做了飲品🍸給我，還因為切的檸檬不好看為了讓我拍照想重切，全程並沒有要急下班快快了事，希望老闆能看到哈哈哈。謝謝酒店的工作人員付出，讓我有了這一次愉快的旅行體驗，期待我們下次見面。”

„前台親切熱情，服務到位大方，主動推薦我們去紅軍大道吃飯，而且幫我們免費升級了一間有窗户的房間，可以説是意外之喜了。雖然設備略顯老舊，但是衞生做得確實不錯，國企酒店令人放心。而且離客運站很近，很方便坐直通車去景區，省去了很多沒車的麻煩，不是自駕遊的人的最佳選擇。”

„到赤水首選中悦大酒店，服務員小妹妹熱情細心，特意為我們升級了房間，房間乾淨整潔安靜，還配有浴袍。早餐品種多樣，還有西式甜點和年輕人特別喜歡的貴州米皮，味道不錯。免費停車場也很方便自駕遊客。説實話國慶出遊能夠三百不到住到這樣的酒店，是個小小的驚喜。會推薦朋友們來赤水就住中悦。”

„隱藏在大同古鎮裏的民宿，廠房改建，雖然衹有9間房，但整體設計，裝修，服務一點不失五星級酒店標準。很少有民宿會負責停車場的接送，更別説還需要爬上爬下幫我們搬運超多行李，真正的24小時管家服務，晚上會有晚安甜湯，特別的窩心。不僅如此，還能確保在上午就完成房間的打掃整理，下午回到民宿，發現空調開着，床鋪整理好了，燈也調的很舒適，性價比超出了五星級酒店的標準。”

„建議酒店老闆自己去房間裏住一晚，體驗一下你們酒店硬的像鋼板一樣的彈簧床！！！睡一晚全身痛，翻個身整個床嘰嘰嘎嘎，快20年沒見過的床墊屬實罕見👍🏻，還有經典的創維電視👍🏻，電視遙控器純擺設毫無作用，毛巾估計用了五年以上，比家裡的抹布還破，淋浴間花灑支架無法調節角度也是非常奇葩，早上七八點就聽到樓道里工作人員拿着對講機講話，真心後悔定這家，一百多的快捷酒店都不至於這樣，唯獨亮點就是房間裏單獨增加的空調，估計也是之前客人吐槽後才新增的，希望能做出調整，讓遠道而來的客人能得到好好休息，酒店！酒店！最重要的床墊能用心去選擇！於心不忍不想給1分評價，但這次的體驗也就1分了。”
