This magnificent property is located 40 feet above sea level on three acres with 700 feet of shoreline, where a wooden stairway leads you to a small, secluded beach. When calm, snorkeling and diving are some of the most pristine on the island. When the seas are rough, you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub or bask in the warmth on the huge deck while watching and enjoying the surf. Perfect oceanfront living!The beach house is the perfect place to have your wedding, write a book, paint a seascape, or simply relax and enjoy an incredible, fun family vacation. The beach house consists of a main house with two bedrooms and a quaint three-bedroom detached cottage.Proximity to fun things to do: to visit beautiful Magen's Bay is a 20-minute driveTo reach the east end of St. Thomas and the ferry boats to St. John are about a 30-35 minute drive.Downtown shopping is only 15-20 minutes.Weddings, parties, or large gatherings may be allowed with prior written approval: the beach house will accommodate up to 50 people.
