Unfortunately the picture's show a brite clean room. Ours was a dark dreary old room that was dirty....i doubt it had been vaumed as there was hair..and so many things on floor. Dishes were dirty. Bathroom was dirty and in dure need of updating. Cobwebs and old dirty curtains.

Hotel was very nice! Would definitely recommend. The only negative was the couch had a couple of stains on the cushions.

The person who checked us in and out was very nice (Brooke). The room was nice but really dusty. One night, no problems.

Receptionist was great. Room was clean and ready early for us as we had a special need. Shower had good water pressure which can be hard to come by in a hotel

Customer service staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is filthy. Lots of garbage collecting in hallways. Bathroom was dirty and rooms were basically disgusting. Stains on floors, furniture, and sheets. What appeared to be bodily fluids on walls. Refrigerator was filthy. No ice available except for through coke machine in breakfast area. Breakfast attendant is delightful.

The check-in process was easy and the gentleman clerk was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast bar had multiple selections and the food was good.

Front desk was very nice. Room I a little dated but nice. We can hear the people above us loud and clear, but that’s the only complaint.
