Not only did this hotel have a complementary hot breakfast, but it served a “light dinner”. Penne Alfredo, grilled chicken strips, mixed vegetables, baked potato, salad, chili, hot dogs, nacho chips and cheese. It was nice to talk with other travelers at the “light dinner”. I noticed that each of the staff members were cheerful. I was delighted to stay here.

Bathroom was tiny. Door opened right up against the toilet. Vanity was too low but good for a toddler (I'm 5'8"). Discarded food trays were sitting in the hallways on tables for the 2 nights I stayed there

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the space was clean and well-maintained. We were there on a busy spring break weekend, though, and there were not enough tables and chairs (even in the overflow meeting room) to accommodate the crowds at breakfast and dinner.

Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of plates both times.
Employees/Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Great customer service upon check in, food area, bar and asking housekeeping for items- all friendly and willing to help.
Pool and hot tub area was very packed. Many small children in hot tub so hard to use as an adult.

We loved the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect. Breakfast was good and the Kickback in the evening was amazing. Cleanliness was good overall but there were a couple of things in that area that could have been a little better. There was still a used washcloth on the top of the shower and someone that stayed before us must’ve been eating sunflower seeds. The shells are on the floor around the nightstands.

Stay was nice although noisy with crying baby next door. Also because it was Saturday, breakfast was too late for our time leaving of 6:30.

Our new favorite hotel for traveling with our daughters! The one bedroom suite is the perfect set-up! Pleasantly surprised about free dinner provided when we arrived! Saved us the cost of buying another meal! Great value!! Just wish they had more locations./ especially in Chicago.
