Kept awake in Room 12 from noisy inconsiderate guests on 25.05.24 who were shouting walking past. Noisy guests above stomping around at 1.15am on and off through the night. Asked to move on arrival. Reception made us wait for 20 minutes only to say no. Dirty sock found in the room. Very, very long wait for food in the restaurant. Rats seen in the grounds. Breakfast was poor but who wants it when kids have touched every slice of bread before choosing their 51st choice! Stay at Premier frequently when travelling. This was by far, the worst experience.

Child’s Bed Not Made Although We Booked a family Room For 3 Guests & Duvet Had Blood Spots, Toilet Paper Was Not Filled, Not Enough Towels For 3 Guests & Only 1 Tea Bag Available In Riom.

Very spacious and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and Jamie was marvellous, engaging, kind, helpful, anticipating our needs.

Premier Inn Bracknell Center was a clean, comfortable, friendly, accommodating and perfect place for our stay. 2 senior guests (one with mobility issues), a disabled guest and an American stayed one night before a wedding. I've (the American) have traveled the world and have not had a more genuinely welcome by staff, who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It took a lot of pressure off of me (who was responsible for getting everyone to the family wedding on time) by calmly and graciously offering assistance and guidance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant served wonderful meals. The price was very reasonable. I will choose to stay there again--even prior to a departure from London Heathrow--it would be worth it to me to stay there and drive a little farther than stay at a hotel near the airport.

Very good location Walking distance to shopping mall 30 min from Winsor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, firstly the dishes are very badly washed, food waste is clearly seen, lack of cleaning and unhygienic. The flapjacks are rubbery, awful. Not a very healthy breakfast so it was limited.

Ground floor room (14) faced the road which was a bit noisy, esp at rush hour. Bed a bit on the hard side. Shower over bath. The Weathervane, a BrewersFayre, next door was fine for basic meals and good breakfasts. Only a short walk into town with excellent shops and restaurants.

We were not expecting much from this hotel, as on previous visits we have always been disappointed. This time we were very pleasantly surprised, the air conditioning was working correctly with a new remote access, previously this has always been an issue. The location away from the reception area suited us as it meant there was very little noise. This may not suit everybody however. There was a dirty mark on the sheet, however a visit to reception sorted it vey quickly. We stay at this hotel regularly and this has been the best visit.
