The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole.
Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold.
Large free car park.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights and would definitely stay again, rooms were lovely with plenty of sockets to charge phone close to your bed and beside the tv, food was lovely with one of the best burgers ive had working away the past year. Bar had a good selection of drafts with Uzma and Greashma being stand out workers behind the bar with their politeness and thoughtfulness, will be recommending this place for all my life

Ahh what a place.. rooms fantastic, fantastic gym a bit dated could do with some new equipment but overall ok and spa, excellent value for money. The bar staff couldn’t be any better Uzma and Greashma couldn’t do enough for us absolutely five star.

The hotel was amazing and enjoyed every minute of my stay there friendly staff special mention to naz zee iqrah bismah as they looked after me and my friends for the stay food was amazing and quick service and room was everything you need would happily go again when I’m next in that location

Came here for afternoon tea for my grandma's birthday, Josh, Uzma and Naz were very accommodating to our needs and very attentive, great service, great staff and great food, will definitely be coming again soon!

We went for an Afternoon Tea costing £18 per person for my Birthday, there was 2 of us. As we required halal sandwiches, the meat options should have been replaced with halal meat options which they were not, apart from just chicken. They substituted the beef and ham sandwiches for cheese and pickle.....this was inadequate!!! On the menu it said salmon sandwiches, but these were missing, so was the victoria sponge. What they advertised and what we received was appalling. The portions for the sandwiches and cakes were very very small. I have had Afternoon Tea at Valerie Patisserie which was amazing in comparison! I would rather drive to Sheffield to Valerie Patisserie than come back here. The Afternoon Tea was not quality or value for money!!! I was disappointed and upset as it was a Birthday celebration. The staff were polite, but that's the only positive.
