Second time staying at the hotel checked into my room but it was ok sized room for a solo traveller but it only had one single plug socket. I have multiple devices that need charging for work. So a call down to reception to request a different room and they were more than happy to accommodate. And offered to help move my bags. And the new room was great. Had a big bathroom and nice shower. Room also had plenty of amenities.

The location is brilliant in the city centre just a 5 minute walk from the bus/train station.
However the utensils seemed dusty and the bathrooms needed some mopping which wasn't impressive given the charge rate at the time.
The breakfast service wasn't so great as either they didn't have enough stocks or the refills never came on time

Good stay overall. Only problem was there was a spider on the bed! But everything else was great. Good location, spacious room and clean environment. Definitely recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay. The Christmas Tree is spectacular. Service was good. Bar snacks were very reasonable. Room was big and the bed was comfortable.

Okay standard room cheap and cheerful good location to most things in Bradford close to both train stations shops and night life lovely entrance staff were okay

Lovely building, room felt dated. Check in didn't take long, but tried to charge me again, despite paying at the time of booking.
At 7.45 in the morning the banging and drilling started from the above. Ridiculously loud noise and unnecessary time to start in a hotel. Was looking forward to a good night sleep without having the kids but this was ruined.
Won't be returning, plenty of better options available in Bradford.
