Lovely hotel, good location. Rooms clean, breakfast options all what I liked. Win win. What always does it for me is the staff, could not have had a friendlier welcome or more helpful host! For this reason I will be back soon. Hope Gemma (I think that was her name, it was late. )Is working again as she was great!!!

A nice friendly hotel, great staff and food. Hotel ideally situated for Freeport village and good amenities close by. Only disappointment was a wedding party that were totally inconsiderate of other hotel guests and came back in the early hours of the morning, inebriated, making a lot of unnecessary noise and causing disruption. Waking people up. In fairness the hotel manager did apologise and offered to refund the cost of my breakfast. Which was a nice gesture.

Can’t thank premier inn enough. I booked the hotel on behalf for my grandparents surprised anniversary party and the staff were out standing and decorated the room so beautifully. The women on front desk was so lovely and polite. Thanks again

Nice little Hotel Very good price. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Had a noisy aggressive neighbour in the room next, who woke us several times during the early hours. Not the Hotels fault. We had an adjoining room door, which left my wife uncomfortable with the aggressive behaviour and noise in the next room. Found some hairs on the otherwise fresh bed linen.

Seeing family and friends as I live in Ireland basic but functional hotel clean and plenty of tea and coffee hot water lovely shower and bath great price friendly staff. Handy being so close to shops eating out and I was central to seeing everyone and the shower gel was so nice smelt lovely nice touch

When i stayed here with my lovely wife i found it to be a Great location, it had friendly staff, who explained everything i needed to know about a room in this hotel, when we got to our room we found them to be clean rooms. Much like every Premier Inn.

I stay away for business quite often, I tend to stay away from Preminer Inns following a bad experience in a London hub however, I stayed at this site in braintree and i can easily say I’ll now be returning back back thanks to Caz’s phenomenal hospitality and rememberable welcome. Asset to the business

Amazing stay in this hotel! Carolyn was so accommodating made us feel so welcome, will definitely be coming again. The food was yummy, the room was so cosy and really quiet considering. We loved it overall amazing stay in this hotel and will be coming back
