The area outside the hotel seemed "seedy" and was a little scary getting there at night. The beds were not all that comfortable. But the geographical location was perfect for us and where we'd be visiting while in the area. Great highway access, but still a remarkably quiet room.

I recently stayed here and wanted to share my thoughts. While the hotel offers several positives, there are key areas that need improvement, especially for long-term guests.Amenity Availability: I was disappointed to find a lack of available coffee makers during my stay. For a hotel catering to extended stays, ensuring the availability of such basic amenities should be a priority.Family-Friendliness: My experience in the common areas was concerning. One night, the lobby area near the elevator was occupied by individuals drinking hard liquor and beer. This not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere for those with families but also raised questions about the legality of such activities in public spaces.Staff Responsiveness: The hotel staff's lack of intervention in this situation was notable. It is crucial for the staff to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. More proactive staff training could significantly enhance the guest experience.I believe these areas of improvement are essential for this hotel to truly provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, especially those staying long-term.

Limited parking. Morning ladies at the front desk on Friday were amazing and helpful the lady working Saturday morning was very rude.

Smelled like old cigarette smoke in the hallway of a non smoking hotel and you could smell the sewage in the kitchen sink but other then that the hotel and room was clean.

When we arrived no one was available to check us is. Waited 15+ minutes when another worker happened to arrive for her shift to assist myself and other guests, shecwas just as confused. Hallway and room smelled of **** and smoke. Room was horrible, dirty floor (something like ketchup on the floor), sink was disgusting and I found garbage when trying to find an outlet. I did not feel safe using the stove, beds were so uncomfortable even my young child complained about them. The ONLY reason we booked here was because it was pet friendly and we find an alternative option in the furture.

It was so dirty. People living there with their dogs. The room smelled like cigarettes and rugs were stained/dirty. We left. Did not spend the night. Couldn’t. It was that bad. Got a hotel elsewhere. The girl at the front desk was understanding and professional.

Although the room was clean, there was a stale smell of cigarette smoke, the shower did not work, skimpy breakfast without chairs or table.

This was a last minute booking. Sheets were dirty. Lamp shade had mold on it. Carpet were bunched up in spots on the floor. Continental breakfast wass nonexistent. Coffee was terrible. No sugar. Trash on the floor in the lobby. The woman initially checked me in was very pleasant though. Room smelled like smoke as well.
