The Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center

Despite coming to Branson for fun we spent the most time in the hotel and even though we were sick, the comfort was a blessing.

No complaints! They moved us to a different building with a pool just because I had kids. Very accommodating

Hotel was clean and had a friendly staff with easy an check-in. Beds were great and plenty of HOT water. Room was quiet , no noise from neighbors . Good location!

I liked that the staff was attentive, the property was clean, they had a heated indoor pool, and I liked that they put soap dispensers in the showers instead of bars of soap. The beds were also very comfortable. The only thing I would say needs upgraded is their vending machines because they don’t accept cards.

Very nice hotel in Branson. Great customer service, the pool and hot tub were outstanding and the Jacuzzi Tub in the room was excellent. I would only add that it would be great to have bedside electrical plugs and USB chargers. People bring laptops and always have Cell Phones that need charging.

Check in was a mess. Systems were down so they did everything by hand even writing my (and other patrons) credit card numbers down on a piece of paper to use later. Hopefully the paper was shredded. After check in the maintenance worker came into our room to make sure our keys worked without even knocking first. The room was clean but I have seen bigger bathrooms on an airplane literally! The two queen beds had seen better days. You could feel the springs in both. After getting settled in and going to dinner we came back to the room only to find out both door keys no longer worked due to being part of the group that was manually checked in. I don’t usually mind when this happens but the front desk was two buildings away. Parking is horrible in the evenings, you are lucky to even find a spot that feels like a safe place to leave your vehicle. The breakfast room felt more like a make shift room they placed some folding tables in for people to sit. You pretty much eat community style. The line to get food is constantly long and the people waiting are pretty much snaked though the tables where people are eating. I won’t book this one again.

Been coming here since the 1990's. Love the indoor swimming pools, and a decent breakfast. We never had any problems with cleanliness or service. Will always book here first before anywhere else.

The room fit our needs. We really enjoyed the jetted tub and breakfast buffet. The bed was comfy as well.

Room was nice and quiet but it was a slow week and they weren't very busy. The place is huge. 3 buildings. They put us in building one but the breakfast and pool/hot tub were at the far end of building two. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and the staff kept everything well stocked. Seating for maybe a hundred. Was adequate for slow season. Not sure how it would accommodate everyone if the hotel was full.
