I would not recommend staying at this property! Very dirty, carpet was peeling back and there was a hole in the floor, stains on the mattress. Needed 2 people to open the room door because it stuck every time it shut!

Very misleading and dishonest. Double rooms with double beds ARE NOT double rooms. The room is a regular standard double bed room. Paid more money for false advertisement. So upsetting when asked to switch room the lady at the front desk said they were sold out and quoted “******* over sells our property all the time.” Sounds like a scam right? Do not stay at this property, rip off!

Had a city view King Suite… it was fabulous. Furniture is a little dated but the room was very clean! John Henry’s restaurant was amazing. Close & conveniently located to so many attractions and things to do! Loved watching the fountain show by the aquarium and seeing the ferris wheel light show at night!

Bathroom door wouldn’t shut
Pool area was closed for majority of stay Jacuzzi was closed
Buffet was decent but items could be rotated

The beds and pillows were by no means comfortable. The were lumpy and had a permanent impression of people in the center so you always rolled to the center

We were so suprised at the size of the hotel. Accommodations were great and helpful. Only drawback was the Monday morning breakfast. Too many people all morning for just one line open on the buffett. The line was out the door of the restaurant for hours.

Hello. The one thing that stands out is that for as big as this hotel is, the pool is so small! There isn’t enough room on the indoor side. It had so many kids in it and was overcrowded.

My son likes the pool. My wife likes the hot tub. I enjoyed the bar. Our room was clean and comfy. Overall the hotel was great for what our family wanted.
