good place and beautiful

I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer.

What a disappointment this was… First the good things: a. Great location, just outside of town, near a major shopping center and restaurants. b. Public transport close by. c. Communications with Ambiente prior to arrival was efficient. d. Self check-in process worked great. Well explained and documented. Now, why you should not accept B313 (one-bedroom apartment with balcony) as an accommodation option. a. Curtains in the kitchen and the bedroom do not even cover the whole window, maybe 70% of it only (see pictures provided). The curtain themselves are cheap and very translucent. You live and sleep with the neighbourhood all the time, no privacy at all. b. Sleeping in a room where there is no way to achieve minimal darkness is a major issue, in fact you will have to sleep with full daylight very early in the morning, in full view with neighbours. c. The kitchen faucet is very loose and shaky, falling towards the bottom of the sink. We were always concerned that a water leakage might appear. d. The kitchen water head was also seriously clogged, spitting water out of the faucet even on the kitchen counter. We could basically not use the faucet for more than 10 seconds at a time. Water was spreading everywhere. e. The door key would very easily get stuck in the door lock mechanism. The door lock had probably been forced before, rendering locking and unlocking the door an unnecessary challenge. To top it all, above items c, d and e were immediately reported by email to Ambiente on the very first night we arrived. They wrote me back saying they appreciated knowing the shortfalls and that they would take care of it «right away»… Sadly, nothing was done about any of these issues during our 3-day stay, and no one ever came back to us with any news or updates on anything. We have the feeling that we did not get the service and value we should have received from Ambiente, not for the price we paid. I felt it was important to share this experience. If we had known…

Very pleasant stay. Well equiped unit. Access to the unit is a bit complicated. All in all it was nice

We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend as two couples. Our apartment was a ‘superior two bedroom’ but the second bedroom was the lounge with a pull out bed. It should therefore be advertised as a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed. The room was filthy! The toilet had thick dust around the ledge. We pulled the table out so we could all sit round it and the amount of dirt showed that the table hadn’t been cleaned for years. The shower would stay hot for around 40 seconds, and then it would be freezing water. The WiFi was good, it was super easy to check in and was in a good location.

We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment for almost 3 weeks with a 4 yo kid, including 8 days of post-arrival quarantine. Apartment is fully equipped, with fast internet and everything that is needed for the life. Excellent location. But, there are several comments/recommendations after 3 weeks of living there: - fridge is too small. It's okay for a single visitor, but bot enough for the family. - please add more mirrors - the only mirror in the apartment is in the bathroom, which is not cosily. - the is no clock in the apartment, would be nice to have one. - the shower is completely uncomfortable - it's too short for an adult men, and there is no curtain.
