The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows really comfortable. Overall very elegant and pretty. Very good return for the price! The breakfast buffet had enough variety. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel was conveniently located, we were in the Wilson Palace side and our room was large, well laid out and quiet. The wine by the glass machine outside our room and complementary drinks and snacks in the bar fridge was a nice bonus. The only complaint would be the breakfast buffet. It is served in the Fabrika restaurant/bar and we were really turned off by the lack of cleanliness. It was difficult to find a plate that didn't have food residue or greasy fingerprints on it. Many of the coffee cups have chips on the edge. On our third morning we skipped the buffet and went to a local bakery instead.

Wow, what an incredible hotel. It doesn’t appear like much from outside or even in the lobby. But the hallways and the rooms are magnificent. Everything was extremely well-designed and of clearly high quality. The room has everything you can possibly ask for and much more. One of the overall best hotels I have ever stayed. I would go back to Bratislava just for this hotel

An amazing visit from the moment we arrived. Amazing Wilson suite 10/10, warm, cosy, very clean, food was amazing and staff were very attentive. Anything you asked was answered professionally. Amazing thank you

Excellent hotel
in a great location. Staff amazing, especially reception.
Room has no Air con so it was very hot at night.
