We checked in to find out that the main window blind was damaged and could not be closed. We didn’t had any privacy at all. We could be seen from the building across the street. Called and management would not fix it even though they were aware of the problem before we checked in.
We checked in slightly before 4, dropped off out belongings and went into town. Upon arrival we found out someone had been there and had gone over my wife’s purse as it was moved and items were on outside her purse.
When we spoke to management, the lady got all defensive and refused to send someone to fix the blind. We just wanted privacy as it is our couple time away from home, if you know what I mean.
