There are many things that were outstanding about my stay here. The sauna facilities are the best I have ever experienced and they were truly luxurious. I used them every day. I enjoyed the quality and selection of food. There was a large choice, presented beautifully. My renovated room was a true haven, I was genuinely lost for words when I walked in - it was so much better than I had expected, including the bathroom and all the amenities provided. The location for skiers is fantastic, with the chair lift less than 100 steps from the hotel entrance - I skied to Rendl and back, a proper adventure. The gym was good, as was the main bar area with a great drink selection. Other reviewers have expressed some disappointment with the service and rapport of waiting staff in the dining area, which I understand. I sometimes felt forgotten / ignored. I also felt I was made to feel a bit awkward as a solo traveller on occasion. In other words I didn’t always feel welcomed or looked after, but accept that some of this might be cultural difference. One exception was Antonio who was always charming, happy and welcoming.

In general we are happy with the hotel and the services provided. The location is good. Very close to the ski lift in Warth. Large parking garage. Our family room was very large (although the kids room with the bunk bed very small). The swimming pools indoor and outdoor are very large; could be a bit warmer. The quality of the breakfast is good. Afternoon snacks as well. 6 course dinner was most of the times good. Meals menu for the kids is very limited (schnitzel or pasta). What did not make us happy is the lack of friendliness and service from our regular waiter in the restaurant. He does not radiate cheerfulness and friendliness. He doesn't seem to like his work and it negatively affects our holiday feeling. We also regularly had to wait a long time or look for someone who wanted to help us. However, they were often unavailable or busy with other matters. In other hotels in Austria we have had much better experience in terms of enthusiasm and friendliness of the catering staff.

Booked a last minute room on the same day as the hotel was on our way back home at the end of a roadtrip in Austria. It took us about an hour at the hotel to decide that we would regret if we did not stay another day! Fortunayely the reception staff managed to get us the same room for another night. The pool area is very nice, but the sauna and relax rooms are out of this world. Loved it! The hotel offers full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The first two buffé style, dinner with a number of options to choose from. Portions very well dimensioned so you have plenty of food without getting to stuffed. Staff in the restaurant was extremely friendly and serviceminded. In the winter time the ski area beginns just across the street. Here you also find many hiking paths for the summer season. Our room was one of the ”old” ones but plenty of space and a great balcony. Hope to get the chanceto come back for some skiing, but even if you are not a skier this is a great place to relax and rechrge your batteries.

This is an excellent hotel directly opposite the ski lift. The food was very good, with a large breakfast buffet and 6 course evening meal. Lunch and afternoon tea were also provided, as well as free soft drinks/tea/coffee until 6pm. I would have liked more options for fresh juice in the morning and the soups were usually too salty. I would have also liked to have potato salad in the evening salad bar. However overall the food was very good and varied. We had a lovely room with a balcony and very comfortable bed. On 3 evenings there was live music, which we found too loud and stopped us using the bar. There was another bar by the ski-lift, but apres ski is limited. We did use the pool most days after ski-ing and enjoyed the outdoor pool, the sauna and the waves. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. Warth is on the edge of a massive ski area and the ski-ing was superb. Strongly recommended for a family ski trip.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Wellnesshotel, dass mich noch nie enttäuscht hat. die Lage sowie das Ambiente passt, Service und Freundlichkeit steht an erster Front. auch das Wetter hat hier mitgespielt und so durfte man die letzten Tage der Wintersaison 2023 2024 noch auf die Piste oder so wie ich mit Schneeschuhen in die Berge.Herzlichen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter/innen und den Familien Roiderer & Jäger.

Die Saunalandschaft mit zelebriert Aufguss ist einmalig in der Hotel Welt, so dass auch bei schlechteren Wetter mal Alternativen hat. Die Nähe zum Lift ist gerade mal über die Straße. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Chefin kümmert sich persönlich um die Gäste. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und der Service klappt einwandfrei. Beim Abendessen gibt es eine Auswahl, so dass jeder etwas findet. Wir kommen wieder

Das Hotel überzeugt uns jedes Mal aufs neue, nach 10 Jahren besuchen wir jährlich mit unserer Familie dieses tolle Wellness Hotel. Eine super schöne Wellness Anlage mit vielen Räumen zum ausruhen, versch. Saunas, Dampfbad, Inhalier Raum uvm. auch der Pool mit Außen Pool sind einfach klasse und laden zum schwimmen ein. Eine hervorragende Küche, mit Selbstbedienung Büffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Schöne Wohlfühl Zimmer sorgen für Behaglichkeit. Uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Der Skilift direkt vor der Haustüre und mittags kann im Hotel gegessen werden. Eine sehr gute Adresse.

Tolles erholsames Hotel, wir würden wiederkommen! Das Hotel liegt gleich am Lift. Der Wellness Bereich ist top! Der Blick von der Sauna auf die Bergwelt Bieberkopf(Matterhorn) ist einzigartig schön!! Die therapeutischen Anwendungen sind gut. Das Zimmer Naturkraft war sehr schön, Betten leider zu hart. Das Essen hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Restaurant ist verwinkelt und hat schöne Stuben, aber auch zwei altmodische Stuben. Wir sind sehr erholt wieder abgereist.

Tolles Hotel, familiär geführt - alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr herzlich und freundlich sowie zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, das Essen ebenfalls sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Mittagsjause und Kaffee sind ebenfalls toll. Am Abend ein mehrgängiges Menü mit veganen Alternativen und Kids-Menü. Gigantischer Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen wieder.
