I had stayed there years ago. It was not quite like I remembered. Things had been modernized. Still a very nice hitel

It’s nice quiet hotel for oldest hotel in town with great location and plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Nice side walk in the lake sides, definitely will be happy to be back to the same hotel in future.

Staff were warm, friendly and very knowledgeable.
The location is ideal for exploring Bregenz and Bodensee and there is so much to explore.
Lots of good options for eating but the Golderner Hirschen is a very good restaurant offering a good menu, good service and excellent value for money.
When we left we are already planning our next visit.

Nice if somewhat dated 3-star hotel. Rooms are minimally equipped but the staff is nice and the hotel is clean and very central.

We were able to snag night at this hotel but had to move on due to a lack of rooms. We would have loved to stay longer if we could have. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. This was a last-minute booking, so I cannot complain about the lack of room availability, and I was happy to get one night. The room was a suite and well equipped. In fact, it was an excellent room for the price. The staff was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It is walking distance to everything in Bregenz. I would return to this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to my friends. There is a bar attached to the hotel (KreuzBar, which is EXCELLENT and well run) and there is a restaurant connected by the courtyard/parking area behind the hotel. The train station, lake port, cable car, and pedestrian malls, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve stayed in.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. A great location in a beautiful town.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We did an excellent 6N bike tour around Lake Constance and stayed the first and last nights at this hotel. Comfortable family-run hotel, with very friendly staff, who all spoke excellent English. Located in town, less than 10 mins walk from the Train station. The bike rental company is to the rear of the hotel, so that was really handy. Breakfast is very nice, good selection and eggs cooked on request. I would stay again.

It was a lovely large family room that was quite impressive. Definite positive points for that. The bed was far too hard for my liking which ultimately meant a poor night sleep. That is a subjective matter however it strongly effected my appreciation of the hotel.
