Room was great however there were no amenities in the the room , limited towels Location away from center with limited bus service , if you travel by car you might be ok Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast

We spent one night during the Festspiele in the Hotel and will surely go back next year :) This hotel and specifically the guest and the manager is demonstrating the classical timeless value of hospitality that should be adopted by even some 5 star hotels in other countries. Both the reception, the management of the guests, the organisation of dinner and answering ad how questions is absolutely effective and seamless. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet even after the Festspiele a centrally managed shuttle bus was organised to get you back to the hotel from the Seebühne. The hotel manager itself demonstrated very appealing and evergreen principles of the hospitality by arranging seating of the desk during dinner and saying goodbye in the morning. The sustainability was apparent in the bathroom kit, air conditioning, and even the food offered. Although my wife is extremely noise sensitive, thanks to the isolated room we easily managed to get aggod night sleep. The staff is super cordial and efficient and the food offered for the dinner is super nice. The hotel is easily approachable and one does not have to hassle with parking, unlike in the city center. Overall strongly recommend the hotel for any stay be it during the Festspiele or other times. We will surely go back next year :)

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service! We stayed for the Bregenzer Festspiele in this Hotel. The hotel is roughly 15-20 minutes walk by foot away from the city center and about 30 minutes walk away from the Festspielbuehne. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the opera festival. A big plus is the very large and free parking at the hotel. Rooms have a very nice air con, in hot August days a need to have feature. We enjoyed the stay and the Phantastin breakfast and will come back next year!

Touring around the Bodensee by bicycle, we were booked in this hotel for 1 night (HP). After a dreadful experience in Friedrichshafen this hotel was a delight. Clean and nicely renovated. Very well organized and friendly staff. Good parking and charging for ebikes. Great food (also for breakfast) and very interesting wines. We really enjoyed our short stay.

in Covid-19 curfew time, we got quite used to pick-up food from the Hotel and dine at home. lately we noticed that oin many occasions the order wasn't hadnle correctly. we ordered about 5 times "Schnitzel with fries", but got 3 time Schnitzel with potato salad instead - now explain this to a 5-year-kiddo.. each and every time.. Quality ofr the food is good, but you need to pay attention in future to service the client right!
