Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, mieliśmy tam przyjemny pobyt. Na pewno nie 5*! Stosunek jakości do ceny nie wystarczający, jedzenie było w porządku, ale też nie tak niesamowite, jak wspomniano w innych recenzjach. Jest kilku pracowników, którzy dobrze wykonują swoją pracę. Ale zdecydowana większość z nich jest nieprzyjazna, trochę bezczelna i nie nauczyła się, co oznacza obsługa. Dobre rzeczy: Pokoje są czyste i wygodne łóżka. Morze/plaże są niesamowite (bardzo tłoczno w sezonie) Ładny basen - styl nieskończoności i ogólnie dobre wibracje i otoczenie na zewnątrz

To ładny hotel. Nowoczesny, elegancki, czysty - tuż przy plaży. Siłownia jest OK - mogłaby być lepsza - ale mogłaby być DUŻO gorsza. Spa było dobre - masaż był przyzwoity (co wiele mówi, ponieważ trudno znaleźć dobry masaż „głębokich tkanek”) - chociaż powiedziano mi, że trwało to 60 minut i jestem pewien, że trwało to więcej niż 45 minut, maksymalnie 50 minut (Nie kłóciłem się z tym – robienie tego po leczeniu jest daremne). Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pracownicy recepcji byli bardzo pomocni i gościnni. Brawo. Śniadanie jest miłe. Jesteś tuż przy plaży, w odległości spaceru od wszystkich atrakcji w tej okolicy. Ogólnie pozytywne wrażenia.

To jest 3 * farma kurczaka, która udaje 5 * hotel! Już na podejściu zobaczyłem, że samochodów jest co najmniej 3x więcej niż miejsc parkingowych. I to trwa przez cały Twój pobyt. Są udogodnienia dla maksymalnie 150 osób, ale ukryli 500!?! Zgodnie z moją wiedzą pokoje 5* powinny mieć co najmniej 32m2, podwójną umywalkę, wannę... nie, ten pokój był tak mały, że nie ma nawet miejsca na pozostawienie bagażu! I kontynuując, nie ma profesjonalnej kadry tylko niedoświadczonych studentów. W ciągu 3 dni nie mogłem dostać leżaka przy basenie, ponieważ mają miejsce tylko dla 1/3 gości. A kiedy w końcu to dostałem, personel zdjął moje ręczniki, ponieważ wszedłem do pokoju, aby coś przynieść?!? Najgorszy hotel „5*” w moim życiu. KOSZMAR NIE ŚWIĘTA! Chłopaki, usuńcie 2 *, ponieważ naprawdę nie jesteście gotowi!

Cóż, to zabawne miejsce i niestety nigdy nie byłam w miejscu, w którym tak bardzo brakuje atmosfery. Z jednym godnym uwagi wyjątkiem żaden członek personelu nie stara się stworzyć niezapomnianych wakacji dla gości. Obsługa jest bardzo cicho wydajna i prawie korporacyjna; może to być klimat, do którego zmierzają, ale sugerowałbym, aby przestali promować to miejsce jako miejsce wakacyjne. Okolica jest absolutnie piękna; oszałamiający w rzeczywistości. Jeśli wyjdziesz z hotelu od tyłu (schodzisz 109 schodami na plażę), skręcając w lewo do Baska Voda, a skręcając w prawo do Breli. Te dwa obszary są zupełnie inne i oba są warte odwiedzenia. W hotelu znajdują się dwa piękne baseny, ale dmuchańce dla dzieci są niedozwolone (cóż, czasami są, a czasami nie - nie ma wymuszonej spójności). Hotel ma wiele schodów (wspominałam 109 do plaży? 39 do basenu!), a okolica jest górzysta, więc proszę o tym pamiętać. Jedzenie w hotelu jest powtarzalne, a nie 5 * standardowe. To bardzo mdłe. Udaj się szybko do restauracji, gdy kolacja otwiera się o 19:00 i dołącz do rzezi, która jest rodzajem systemu kolejkowego, aby złapać jedzenie, które chcesz, ponieważ w niektórych przypadkach (szczególnie główna oferta mięsna i desery), gdy już zniknie, zniknie i nie jest uzupełniany. Dlaczego restauracja jest dość rozplanowana, nie mam pojęcia. To śmieszne, biorąc pod uwagę dostępną przestrzeń i faktycznie wykorzystaną przestrzeń. Rozrywka przybiera formę niepełnego harmonogramu wydarzeń powtarzanych i dwóch godzin muzyki na żywo od 21:00 do 23:00, z wyjątkiem sobót, kiedy nie ma żadnych wydarzeń ani muzyki! Nie pytaj dlaczego! Mieliśmy cudowną przerwę, ale dzieje się tak pomimo hotelu i personelu, a nie z ich powodu. Jedynym wyjątkiem jest Simke, facet od rozrywki, który jest radosny, pomocny i zasługuje na ten nudny hotel. Wybierz inne miejsce na nocleg, podziękujesz mi.

Świetny hotel, niesamowita lokalizacja, tereny do instagramowania i bary na świeżym powietrzu, niesamowite jedzenie i niesamowici pracownicy, którzy są bardzo profesjonalni i pomocni. W 100% poleciłbym ten hotel znajomym i rodzinie!

Beautifully set hotel in the region of Makarska between Brela and Baska Voda. 10-15min walk to both of those towns. Rooms were of a decent size, modern decor throughout the hotel. Amazing infinity pool. Restaurant is on a very good level food wise but wished the dinners were themed however anyone can find something for themselves. They even have a vegan section. Lovely staff from reception to waiters, maintenance, housekeeping to the ladies in a SPA wellness (me and my mum had facial and massage and it was well worth it!). The drinks, especially mai tai and gin cocktails in the bar are really tasty and of a very good quality! Something to be aware of - you have to pay for the sun loungers and umbrella on the beach and it's a hefty £10.00/ per sun lounger and £8.00 for a brolly. Not really unusual for many EU destinations but just to flag that the beach is public and not part of the hotel. I'd highly recommend renting a car for at least a few days and exploring the Coast of Croatia - we went to Split, Trogir, Omis, Klis Fortress and Biokovo Skywalk - all beautiful places. We had an amazing time in Bluesun Berulia and would recommend this hotel to friends.

- Spacious and clean rooms. - Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Many options and high quality experience. - Great lunch options. - Right on the beach with crystal clear sea. - Super friendly and service minded staff. - Walking distance to Makarska. - Evening entertainment.

I shall start with the positive - the lobby area, poolside, spa, bar terrace etc are all impressive. However, this is NOT a 5* hotel by any means and is more like a 3* hotel with poor service:- On arrival to my room, I was told my room had been changed to a beach side apt room - I enquired it is with a sea view as I have paid extra for this amenity. The reception staff were like yes, it is all what you have paid for.. However, the room was NOT in the hotel it was in another building - that it seemed the hotel had bought. When I got to the room - no sea view - more of a view of a sand pit roof and a tree - shame I thought as I forgot to bring my bucket and spade. I then walked back to reception as unable to get through to the main desk, I I asked for any possibility for my room to be in the actual hotel, not in the separate apartment block and with a sea view as this what I had paid for. This staff member was adamant that I had purposely booked the apt block - but I explained there was nothing on the Last minute website that reflects this and I would not have booked something at that price which looked like a 2* apt block from the 90's. They found another room unfortunately in same building but this time with bit more of a view of the sea. I then enquired about room service, as I could not find any menu in the room, they gave me a photocopied piece of paper of room service menu and when I ordered all they had available was a ham and cheese sandwich. Really not what expect of a 5* hotel. I also asked about iron, they said as its a 5 * hotel they do not have irons?? Have to say that is a first for me, stayed in hotels all other the world and always have an iron available! I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as shower products are awful The buffet area - does not have air conditioning it was uncomfortable to sit and eat breakfast - however, there was a wide choice of food and was good. The pool area, very scenic views, but hard to get a bed as everyone reserves with their towels. There is no life guard on duty. No bar service you have to leave your bed then risk losing your space and go up flights of stairs to the bar. You can get the sun beds on the beach - but these will cost 10 Euros - note all the beaches in this area are pebble beaches. On departure from the room I had requested for someone to assist with luggage due to all the steps and the heat! It took 11 attempts to get someone to assist me just moments before my shuttle to airport arrived. Then on checking out - I was handed a bunch of receipts - not listed in one receipt form and detailed as usually what you get in other hotels. I had kept a spreadsheet but they could not detail/explain what the additional cost was - just kept saying it was the mini bar - so my advice is don't use mini bar at all - buy your own water and when you do it is not re stocked anyway so you are charged for something you never had! I paid the additional as I could not be bothered with an arg

We’ve chosen to stay at this hotel for our summer vacation for the third time already. It has a perfect location away from the center of Brela and also away from a bit louder Baška voda, so it’s perfect for those who prefer a laid-back atmosphere. The views from the restaurant and the infinity pool are unmatched, the food is delicious, the service great, and the rooms are cosy and clean. The beach at the site is clean, not too crowded and well maintained. Among all the members of the kind and hard-working staff, I must expose Mrs Zvjezdana and Mr Mate from the restaurant who were extremely kind, hospitable, and warm-hearted, and really made our dinners even more pleasant. However, there is some space for improvement, as always. What we’ve noticed in the past years and it still hasn’t improved up to now, is the problem with local intruders at the pool. At times, 15 or more local kids would come and play in the pool, making noise and ruining the quiet. Of course, the pool guys would ask them to leave after my complaint, but it did bother me that they never took care of it by themselves, almost as if they’d ignored them on purpose. What shocked me more is that whole local families could easily intrude the pool, bathe there, and occupy the already too busy lounge chairs. Again, they were removed only after my complaint. I guess, I can book a cheaper vacancy somewhere else next year and still come to Berulia to enjoy their pool :D Also the price for the hotel parking increased much in comparison to the years before (5e per day), which is a lot considering that one doesn’t even know where their car is located during their stay - certainly not at the hotel and certainly not anywhere covered because you get your car back covered in resin and pine needles. Again, not bothered by this but not for this price. Lastly, I’m only writing this review because I didn’t really feel heard by the receptionist at check-out. A simple question “How was your stay?/Do you have any complaints?” at check-out would be nice. Today, it seemed like the receptionist didn’t even have the energy to pretend to listen to my constructive critique, let alone take it into account. But still, all in all, a great hotel and I recommend it 100 %.
