Mieliśmy fantastyczny tydzień pobytu w Hacienda San Jorge. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy - centralnie położona z łatwymi drogami do wszystkich części wyspy. Nie zniechęcaj się bliskością lotniska - ten hotel znajduje się w przyzwoitej okolicy turystycznej z udogodnieniami i jest świetną bazą wypadową. Blisko do Santa Cruz (maksymalnie 5 minut). Wystrój hotelu może nieco się starzeje, ale to nie jest zarzut, ponieważ hotel ma rozsądną cenę. Świetny personel, zwłaszcza personel basenu i personel terenu. Ciągłe sprzątanie (zwłaszcza po wietrze i burzach) oraz utrzymywanie porządku w ogrodach. Uważny personel basenu i regularnie dezynfekujący leżaki. Dobre opcje śniadania kontynentalnego, gotowanego i owocowego. Czysta i przestronna sala restauracyjna. WiFi działało wszędzie w hotelu. Sejf z poręczną samozamykającą się bramą boczną od basenu do sąsiedniej plaży. Szukaliśmy czystego i przyjaznego hotelu, z którego moglibyśmy się oprzeć na dość wycieczki po wyspie, z możliwością powrotu na kąpiel i trochę słońca w pięknym ogrodzie. Hacienda San Jorge idealnie pasowała do rachunku - wrócimy!

An oasis of loveliness. Set in beautiful gardens with an amazing swimming pool, friendly , helpful staff and good food. The perfect winter sun getaway. We went for some sun k owing nothing about La Palma and luckily chose The Hacienda Saint George. It is apparently 3 star but I would definitely give it another 1.

Very well presented hotel, very clean and well maintained. friendly helpful staff at all levels. Comfortable apartment style overlooking the pool area. No complimentary products but there is a small but useful convenience shop next to the reception. There are no real restaurants close to the hotel although bars nearby, accessed via the hotel rear entrance do serve snacks. The dinner buffet is surprisingly good value for money and although not adventurous is well maintained. No lifts, at least in ‘block A’. There are no real sea view apartments, however, there’s not much to look at. Live music in the foyer at weekends. A half hourly bus service connects with Santo Cruz being 10 minutes away for €1.5.

Beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding a spacious pool area. Large, well equipped rooms. Great location, opposite the beach and close to the local amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful and a credit to the establishment. A wonderful place to stay.

Four of us went, including three adults and one young child. We have all had a wonderful time! Our rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The rooms have a stove, cups, plates and cutlery so we could make snacks if needed. Food is easily available from the small shop within the hotel, or it's not far to larger supermarkets in town. Breakfast and evening meal are provided buffet style, they're delicious, hearty and of high quality with great variety every time. The grounds are fantastic, well maintained and beautifully designed. The large pool is a real delight and they'll make you a mean Pina colada in the pool bar. Everything is very clean. The hotel has pets ( merganzas, a parrot, cats and guinea pigs) Free teas and coffees are available during the day from the beautiful foyer bar, which is full of plants and little water features. The staff are friendly and warm towards little children. The rooms are very close to lovely beaches. This place is a real delight!

Nice new room with a view, great and beautiful garden with large pool, very good and relaxed ambience og good location right next to the sea. Friendly and helpful service. Breakfast OK, could be better with more fresh fruit and better quality cold cuts and cheeses. Recommended and will stay there again

A great hotel - we had a room with separate lounge/kitchen area and a nice well equipped bathroom and a balcony overlooking the palm trees and views to the sea and Santa Cruz . No aircon but in Nov the open window ( with sounds of the sea ) was enough .Cleaning was well done . Breakfast was very comprehensive with many good quality choices . Service was universally helpful and friendly with some employees outstanding . Some pluses about the hotel : a good sized swimming pool ( seawater ) ; sunbeds always available with both sun and shade ; bus stop v close with easy access ( 10 - 15 mins ) to Santa Cruz ; the amazing botanical garden in the centre of the accommodation ; free tea and coffee in the middle of the day ; an on site shop with market prices for essentials ; a number of restaurant and coffee options in very easy walking distance ; +++ . No real negatives at all . The clientele is mainly German but with a number of other N European nationalities as well . The bus link makes it a great location for exploring the island using public transport . We used it to go into Santa Cruz for dinner a few times .

Cannot fault this hotel at all.If you need a lovely rest and chill you won’t better this. You can sleep with no noise at night. The best thing without doubt is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The resort is limited for choice for dining, not too going on around. The hotel itself is fabulous

Lovely hotel set in beautiful tropical gardens. Staff very friendly and very willing to be of assistance when asked. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis and towels changed every day. Only had breakfast in the hotel but had a good choice of hot and cold food. Beach, bars and restaurants near by and local bus stop into Santa Cruz five minutes away. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
