At Home Inn - Pensacola

Upon checking in I got lost trying to find my room. It’s very confusing. The room is dirty had a very strong motel smell and definitely could use a remodel. There was random pieces of hair on the sink and on the bed. A stain, but for the price in Pensacola ig it ain’t too bad. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice clean room, very comfortable beds, and friendly staff especially our housekeeper Kim she was amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Please don’t do it, this place is old, the lobby is beautiful makes you think the rooms would be nice. I tried staying with the stain carpet, rusting lamps, dead files on window sill, went in the bathroom, the paint was peeling on the counter top and the bathtub had peeling and crack paint. I advised front desk they offered another room, I declined, my thinking, why put me in that original room DO NOT DO IT

Main building, lobby was as advertised, rooms were not properly taken care of, or properly cleaned. We booked two rooms well in advance and requested to be close together. At ck in, they wanted to put us in different buildings. We decided to not ck in ans forfeited one nights stay with the second to be refunded. It still has nor been refunded.We were told not to go to Walmart after dark and to only travel north to look for other accommodations. When the wife and her sister dont feel safe i will take the loss of one night for 2 rooms.

I liked my experience at check in, Lincoln was very knowledgeable, kind, informative and helpful. Check out with Dana went well. The system that this property has-works really well and it doesn’t take long to check in or out.

The man at the front desk was absolutely rude to my wife and I. We have stayed here before with no issues but when we went to check in we were charged for the room after we had paid for it online. So we in total charged for the room we were in TWICE, on top of the $100.00 security deposit along with this man’s nasty attitude towards us. My wife was getting frustrated and she said that she would step outside to calm down and the man yelled at her, “You do that!” After she tried to be an adult and remove herself from the situation. He also refused to give us a refund, stating that we were not charged online and that we had to pay when we got there even tho we showed him all of the receipts and payments. To top it off, my wife only inserted her card once into the machine meaning the man charged her for the surety deposit the proceeded to do another transaction without her knowledge which was easier for him because the card reader didn’t require a pin to work. Overall, we will never be going there again due to this man’s poor service to us, along with his incapability to properly do his job especially with us both being military members working in the local area.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews that I read and I have to say that I was very happy with this hotel. The room was nice, very clean, and it smelled really nice. When I checked in, the girl at the front desk was super sweet and was very helpful with my special payment circumstances. We stayed for two nights and when we asked for maid services for the second day, they came in and took our stuffed animals and made a little "scene" with them and left sweet handwritten notes for us. I've never had that kind of thing happen at any other hotel that I've ever stayed at. So that little bit of extra thoughtfulness really meant a lot. The only complaint that I had was that there were no blinds in our room when every other room had them. We had curtains, but no blinds; so that was very disappointing. That and the USB ports in both of the lamps didn't work, but that was only a minor inconvenience and didn't make me think any less of our experience.

People was loud outside and the room smelled and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and definitely needs to be updated. The door didn’t have a deadbolt it was removed. Which is not good for safety reasons

I liked the area everything in close distance to the hotel what I didn’t like was tht I found cockroaches in the bathroom and so did my child totally disgusting needless to say I will not have to stay there anymore and I would not recommend for anyone to stay there had to shake out all of our cloths and travel bags to make sure nothing was coming back with us to New York my first worse experience in any hotel tht I have ever stayed in
