Beautiful, characterful hotel in a great location in a quiet pedestrianised street near bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owner. Really comfortable and stylish rooms with lots of characterful Alpine touches. Great that room had two armchairs and a kettle for making tea. Really enjoyed our stay.

Bad customer service. Due to the fact that one of the guests is in the icu for covid we had to cancel our reservation. We already paid 3000 and more euros and the person on the phone (apperently a manager) didnt even let us talk, he was only repeating that we didnt comunicate anything before hand, thing that we did via booking. Apart from the economical loss and and the lack of empathy from the personal, we had to feel sorry for the hotel because they were not able to rent out the apartment even though it was already fully paid. Shame on you

Un accueil assez froid, terrasse de la chambre sans aucun entretien, petit déjeuner très moyen en quantités et qualité. Bref, un séjour bien décevant au regard du prix de la nuitée et des prestations que nous avions connues il y a quelques années.

Hôtel d'une propreté impeccable, le personnel est super sympa. Le petit déjeuner est composé de produits frais et très variés. Nous avons pris la 1/2 pension et le repas du soir était excellent et copieux. Parking sécurisé. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Hotel de la chaussee est un hotel très bien situé avec une très belle décoration dans les chambres et un personnel très serviable. Le dîner est excellent et le petit déjeuner fait maison est incroyable Parking privé appréciable Une adresse à retenir

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et de la décoration de l’hôtel et des chambres. C’est un endroit très chaleureux et idéalement situé. En période de Noël quel plaisir et quel bonheur d’y avoir séjourné. Il ne manquait que la neige.

C'est un petit hôtel en centre-ville avec une décoration chaleureuse. On se croirait dans un chalet d'alpage. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, la literie excellente. le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est accueillant et il y a même un parking.

C'est simple, tout était parfait : de la situation à la décoration chaleureuse et recherchée des chambres, en passant par ce que l'on a dans l'assiette et la divine tarte aux myrtilles, la possibilité de pouvoir garer sa voiture en toute sécurité, aux lits moelleux et aux petits-déjeuners exceptionnels. Félicitations à toute la famille qui tient l'établissement pour permettre à leurs hôtes de passer un excellent moment.
