This hotel is the worst Ive ever seen. Booked for 1 night and am so glad that I did. Ended up sleeping in the car. First off the sheets on the bed were stained with urine and was covered in make up and hair. They changed the sheet after we complained BUT upon closer inspection the mattress was disgustingly stained and smelled of urine. We complained and he replied " Why are you going 4 in a bed on us " Safe to say we didnt stay and ended up sleeping in the car as it was late at night. This place needs environmental health going and they would be shut down

We did not get the best of impressions when we first walked into our room, and believe me we've stopped in lots in brid. This place just feels uncared for. When I went for a shower I was staggered to see what I thought was shower panelling, taped to the wall!! It was only then I saw it was coming off in other places I looked closer. It was cushion vinyl not shower panelling all bodged!! And this reflected in the cheapness and lack of investment. We decided not to look under the bed or at the mattress for fear of what we might find. Although has to be said the bed and pillows were very comfy. No toiletries was another shortcut. No cereal at breakfast just orange or apple juice. Breakfast was passable. But I'm afraid for a place costing £85 it was nowhere near that standard!! More like £40 - £60 a night. We certainly won't go back or recommend it to anyone.

Stayed this weekend, very friendly and always someone around just in case you needed assistance. Breakfast was banging kept us going for at least 5 hours before needing a munch. The room very clean and super friendly owners. Bed very comfortable

Unfortunately we won't be coming back. White towels were rough, old and stained with what looked like motor oil, couldn't use them. Mug stained and teaspoon dirty with coffee on. The breakfast was ok, no cereal just English cooked breakfast. Server was nice and friendly. Rooms need severely updating and decorating, wardrobe dusty on top, kettle has seen better days, dirty drawers with what looks like tobacco. Pillows and duvets had to be used but they were heavily stained, smelt of wee on the last night. No chair to sit on. Owner needs to smile, maybe receive some training in customer service to enable the guest house to have some atmosphere. This could be a very nice place, if time was spent on updating, maintenance and cleaning. Floorboards raised and wobbly and a nail sticking out in the bathroom lino. I realise the economic climate is currently shot, but to receive the money you charge, it needs to reflect. The house was warm! I dont like writing bad reviews, so I aim this to be constructive, for the future.

If I could have given zero stars it would not be low enough in my opinion! The room was an absolute disgrace - everything from the stains on the mattress to the filth gathered in the shower and toilet. It was a hovel! I had intended eating breakfast there, but the thought of what the kitchen was like, once I discovered the state of the room, made me feel sick. The only reason I stayed was because a) there was a rail strike that day and I had no car and b) there were no vacancies that I could afford at other venues. I really do urge anyone considering staying in Bridlington to avoid this slum like the plague!

huge thank you to Jez ....it was my 1st break away with my dog so only booked couple of nights but ended up staying 5 nights. Jez sorted parking permit straight away so I wasn't panicking about getting a ticket. Full English breakfast even my dog had breakfast sausage every morning.Lovely hot shower and bed was more comfy than I expected. the pros out numbered the cons so definitely will be staying again.
