In an industrial estate with all the noise that brings. The area nearby the hotel has people moving heavy equipment till 22:00 and again from 05:00. A very weird configuration, anyone can enter the hotel without going past reception, and communal balconies make for an unsafe feeling. I had room 313 which had obviously previously been broken into with the lock poorly repaired. The walls are paper-thin, so noise from the adjacent room is dreadful. The hotel has 2 EV chargers but both are out of service, blocked by building works. Food is good but so very expensive.

This is a sport hotel with lots of options for sport enthusiasts. They have a bowling alley and tennis and a bunch of other things. When we stayed the hotel was nearly empty. We were put on a floor with no hallway lights which was a little creepy. The staff were very nice but many things seemed a little old and out of date. Hotel seemed clean though and room was comfortable.

Séjour de 2 nuits du 23/08/23 au 25/03/23, Alors oui l'hôtel est dans une zone industrielle, c'est vrai c'est déroutant en arrivant mais bon, après, c'est très peu cher pour la Suisse et c'est calme donc... L’accueil est top, c'est vrai, la réceptionniste parle français. Il y a une vaste gamme d'activités (payantes pour la plupart), ce qui reste rare dans un hôtel. Les simples sont simplettes, un peu usée par le temps mais bon y a la clim, une télé, un lit, une douche, un WC et un lavabo... A nouveau pour 70 francs/nuit en chambre solo, qui trouve mieux en Suisse ? En conclusion: très très bon rapport qualité/prix pour moi

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich. Leider war der Aufenthalt eine Tortur. Es waren eine Gruppe mit Jungen Leuten im Hotel einquartiert, diese waren sehr laut und haben keinerlei Rücksicht genommen. Hotel hat trotz Reklamation nichts unternommen. Lärm hat sich bis in die Frühen Morgenstunden hingezogen. Bei Persönlicher Reklamation bei den Verursachern, keinen Erfolg, nur Schimpfworte. Ab 6.15 Uhr wurde vom Putzpersonal direkt vor der Zimmertür Staubgesaugt. Länger liegen bleiben, Fehlanzeige. Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und Zweckmässig. Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Abgepackte Käseportionen, ein wenig S*****en und Salami, ein paar Müsli… Eher unterdurchschnittlich für die Schweiz, aber Ok. Restaurant ist gut und bietet durchwegs gute Qualität zu Vernünftigen Preisen und kann man durchaus Empfehlen. Hotel ist für Leute die etwas Ruhe möchten, ungeeignet. Dank dem sehr freundlichen Personal und gutem Restaurant gibt es noch zwei Punkte. Hotel alleine bekäme maximal einen Punkt

Sulla struttura nulla da dire, Ha stanze molto semplici e neutre ma tanti bei servizi come il bowling, campi da tennis o lo spazio benessere. Anche reception disponibile e gentili. La mia nota negativa va però ai ragazzi che han lavorato al ristorante dell’hotel in data 18.06.22, non è da me scrivere recensioni così negative ma l’atteggiamento cafone che hanno avuto merita una nota a loro sfavore. Perché arrivare in reception e sentire commenti tipici da uomo medio nei confronti miei o di qualche altra donna nei paraggi già non è stato piacevole ( ne per me ne per il mio compagno), ma potevo soprassedere, ma sentire prese in giro anche nei confronti di mio padre allora no. Siete in un hotel a confine con l’Italia, ma credete davvero di avere sempre la fortuna che i clienti non vi capiscano? Villani e vergognosi, mi pento solo di non avervi fatto notare subito la grande figuraccia fatta, ma ho preferito evitare il peggiorare della situazione.

Warten bis der Hunger vergeht! 2h nach der Bestellung liegt das Besteck immer noch ungenutzt auf dem Tisch. Nach 1h fragen wir nach dem Essen und wir werden einzig darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir doch noch etwas zum Trinken bestellen könnten. Keine Informationen warum wir so lange warten müssen. Das Personal meidet den Blickkontakt um peinlichen Fragen auszuweichen. Miserables Verhalten und unsympathische Bedienung.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht zwischen zwei Skitagen in der Aletsch Arena verbracht. Das Familien-Zimmer war für uns fünf ausreichend groß, das Bad sehr sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Das junge Personal war immer sehr freundlich - genau wie auch die Bedienung in der hauseigenen Pizzeria. Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist einem Sport- und Freizeitzentrum mit Bowling, Badminton und Wellness angegliedert, liegt allerdings auch in einer Art Industrie- oder Gewerbegebiet am Rande von Brig. Für uns war allerdings auch die Zentrumsnähe nicht entscheidend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - ein bisschen mehr Vielfalt in der Auswahl hätte uns aber auch gefreut. Der Preis war zwar relativ hoch, aber für die (Hoch-)Saison in der Wintersportregion Oberwallis korrekt.

Hotel und Restaurant super. Leider war das Bar Personal unfähig. Wir haben 2mal bier bestellt und dazu Bowling gespielt. Die Bier bestellung ging allerdings unter. Nich**al ein sorry oder eine entschuldigung....sehr schwach. Ansonstem Super
