An exceptional treasure hidden on a quiet street just a block from the main street and 300 meters from the waterfront promenade. The facility is brand new and the rooms are unexpectedly spacious. The proprietor was did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. One cannot find a better full service property. One word of caution: if driving, parking is a.challenge.

As a party of 4 couples, we rented all 4 apar**ents which felt like having our own private establishment. The property is situated centrally in a quiet location and it was easy to walk everywhere. The apar**ents were plainly decorated, extremely clean, with an excellent continental breakfast served to your room. There is a ground floor reception, at which we were greeted on arrival, after which we all had our own access cards. We stayed for 4 nights with a one day excursion to Lecce, which was very interesting and recommended. It is easily reached by train in 30 minutes. There are a number of very good restaurants and bars within a five minute walk of the studios, which was perfect for our short stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Standards were very high. The breakfast was good enough as an easy meal. I struggle to see how you could find anything better at this price-point. All around recommendation from us.

We stayed in San Stefano Luxury rooms during a short visit to Brindisi. The building is modern and well thought out, located in a quiet, safe and well lit side street a short walk from restaurants and shops. Our apar**ent was comfortable, bright, modern and well equipped. Good air con and WiFi were a bonus. There is an elevator to all floors. A good continental breakfast is included and is brought to your room in the morning. We enjoyed ours on our terrace. The building has a small roof-top pool and solarium, ideal for chilling out. The apar**ents are managed by Alessandra who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Absolutely recommended, we would definitely plan future visits to Brindisi around a stay in San Stefano.

I have been at this location only for one night. Everything was excellent and welcome at the arrival very warm indeed. Just a couple of things to be tuned: please offer also decaf in the room, sleepers in the rooms shall be an upper point, amenities in the bath room are very limited Nice stay, I will be back surely

This guesthouse is a great place for staying in Brindisi. The rooms are large, they have a nice rooftop pool, it's super-central, and it has private parking spots for 15 Euros/day. However, I think that a few small changes would make the hotel perfect. For instance, the breakfast includes industrial food -- having fresh products would be better. Moreover, the curtain and the shower were not super-clean.

This was a good large room in the centre of town. As a downside the parking was poor - we ended up a mile away - it's not their fault, that's what you get in the centre of a town.

Santo Stefano is an oasis of peace and tranquility within a short distance from the many beautiful bars and restaurants of the port. The roof top pool is a fantastic way to end an afternoon of exploring this amazing city. Allesandra is the most perfect host, always there to help while never being in the way. The breakfast to the room is a great way to start your day and the rooms are finished to the highest standards possible with classy touches to be found everywhere. We had the top floor which was bright big and airy and a short walk up to the pool. When booking try get this room if possible as although you can not see much of the city it is high enough to keep you interested. The bed is one of the most comfortable ever and a peaceful nights is a given as the location is in a quiet part of town.

We loved the apar**ent and the area in which it was situated. Brindisi may not be as beautiful as some of the other Italian towns nearby but it is much less touristy and you don’t get the crowds or tat.
The apar**ent we stayed in was fabulous with every amenity in the kitchen area and a wonderful balcony. The pool was a fabulous place to relax at the end of the day. Small, but we had it to ourselves.
Breakfast lacked the artistry of the place. I felt a lot of food was wasted and a tick list of what we required may have been better.
Thanks for a wonderful stay we may be back.
