It was great and sevice was so good,
In my roon remocontroller didn't working, but they solved this problem promptly.
Room was clean , location was great.

The room has a modern feel, and the bed is comfortable. However, there was toothpaste residue left in the cup in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking, and the door couldn't close properly. After the shower the water is leaking out to the toilet area.
Nice gym areas, however, 8 equipments only 2 have power supply.
Staffs are friendly.

Locate at the centre of Brisbane, room size is spacious but downside is the toilet amenities are limited. Staff service was average and you can tell the room hasn’t been renovated for a while. Upside it’s close to all the cafes and restaurants, literally 4 mins walk to a famous cafe called Fika.

I really like this hotel. It’s in a great location and the amenities are fantastic: gym, pool, sauna, steam room, free use of washing machines and dryers. Unfortunately, I had a few issues with housekeeping during my 11 night stay, which did spoil it. Guys at reception were friendly and helpful; management was not so much.
