Large comfortable room. Quiet but in downtown Bristol with great walk ability to shopping, dining and music venues

Wonderful hotel! So friendly and welcoming. King suite was so clean and comfortable we were blown away. The only thing I would say to fellow travelers. If you are got to want to sample the restaurant next door make reservations. Do not think you will get a table quickly.

This is an amazing property and I have stayed in their properties in other towns and it's always outstanding.

It was wonderful except the heater made a loud noise all night. Beautiful hotel!!

Front desk was super friendly as they greeted us. The room was very clean and nice. Bathroom was amazing. Rooftop bar was super cool.

Very cool and unique property. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and nice. The only problem I had, was the we showed up for check in at 4pm. We had to be at the Paramount down the street at 6pm. When we checked in, we were informed that our room just needed to be inspected before we could go there. We ended up sitting in the parking lot for an hour before they finally gave us our room keys at 5pm. We had to rush to try to get ready and ended up being 15 minutes late to our show because of it. We came from North Carolina for my Wife's birthday, and while we have enjoyed our trip so far, the late check in put a damper on our evening.
