A little lacking in personality. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast was good. The best thing about this hotel was their recommendation for Susie Restaurant, just a block away Best steak I've had for a long time and at a great price.

Not very nice personnel at the reception. Very small rooms. I stayed for only one night (luckily) and i had very hard time falling asleep. The doors/walls were so thin that I could hear every step, word, and everything else coming from the hallway. I woke up in the middle of the night because someone was being very loud in the hallway. Other than that, I found hair on the floor in the bathroom which was definitely not mine. I couldn’t find a controller of the AC in the room. (I’m not saying it wasn’t there, I just couldn’t find it even though I’ve searched the whole room.) I am definitely not going to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The bed was comfortable with one large pillow. There was a small bathroom closet with a toilet and tiny sink with a pocket door, across the hall was a nice shower with a rainwater shower head and heated towel rack. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food.

Outstanding hotel at a great location in Brno. Knowing that next day would be rainy, we headed out for a memorable night stroll around old town. By far the best hotel in our 10 day trip to Eastern Europe. Elegant, comfortable room with every desired amenity, free underground parking, delicious buffet breakfast, all topped by excellent service all around.
