The building itself is great but the apar**ent I stayed in this time wasn’t very clean and the linen has definitely seen better days

Front units look straight into construction. Back units get a lot of road noise, a lot! Earplugs made it possible to sleep. The balcony was very noisy. Pool and spa area is very uninviting with construction one side and front office behind a big glass panel, the other. 2 bedroom units are modern and with sufficient room, not ample. Bathrooms could each do with a stool or hooks to put clothes on. Bedside on one side in main bedroom doesn't have powerpoint for lamp or any electrical such as phone charging. Just inconvenient but you can work around it. Car parking is not allocated, so if you're using your car, it's a bit inconvenient. Front office seems a little demanding with their requirements for both a credit card deposit and access to your driver's licence to photocopy it. We don't usually have to do this and are hesitant to do so. If you can get a good deal and go prepared its ok. Location is good for central Broadbeach and the beach.

It was in the middle of Broadbeach and very close to the gathering place. Good for tourists and travelers. Very convenient location, close to transportation, restaurants, beach, etc. The staff and room facility, and views are also good.

Overall good experience, there is no signage guiding to lift from the parking and at one time i believed there was no lift however I found it after 5 minutes search. Lift was not working at the time of check out and had to carry big suitcases down from 7th floor through steps.

Great location however there were holes in the sheets, the dishwasher tray didn’t slide in, the cutlery holder was missing the bottom on half of it, there was food left from previous people and the recycle bag stank and had left overs in the bottom of it.
Not worth the money.

We liked staying here. Spacious rooms, great position to restaurants etc and 10 min easy walk to the beach. Great view. Foxtel. Air con in each room and fans. Good size bathrooms too. Well equipped kitchen and laundry.
Couple of things though. Our room had small cockroaches constantly which wasn’t good. The hotel staff tried to help but they didn’t go away.
Second the pool isn’t bad but in shade by lunch time and with the new high rise being built it will be in shade almost always.
The sun lounges we like lying on a rock. I think they could invest in some better sun lounges.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
So I would stay here again.
