A lovely hotel with a modern interior with great scenic views. We chose the ground floor room, as my sister has mobility issues. The room was of a good size with a spacious bedroom and bathroom and a lovely balcony that takes advantage of the fabulous views. We ate dinner in the restaurant on our first might, which was very enjoyable - the fillet steak was great (if a tad expensive) Breakfast in the mornings consisted of fresh breads, cereals, yoghurt, fruit and eggs, plus tea/coffee & orange juice - which was a great start to the day. The staff were lovely, but little English was spoken, but it did not cause a problem. All in, this was a very nice stay in a clean and tidy hotel with great views of the mountains.

Restaurants et chambres avec vue exceptionnelle sur Gruyères, Le Moléson, La Plaine des Marche, etc. Plats variés et ceux choisis tous excellents. Service très sympathique mais néanmoins très professionnel. Vaut le petit détour depuis Gruyères (5 minutes). Pour se bouger, très jolie balade jusqu'à la chapelle Des Marches.

La chambre était agréable et très propre. Juste dommage que la chambre côté route soit aussi bruyante même la nuit. Difficile de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Il manque un petit frigo dans la chambre. Les livraisons se font tôt le matin c’est également très bruyant, dommage.

Un endroit à découvrir plein de saveur et belle vue sur l’intyamon ! Personnel très sociable et discret .Chef de cuisine au top bravo et merci de votre accueil . L’hôtel assez simple mais de bon rapport et très calme . Également vue sur la vallée avec une charpente apparente très bien retravaillée

Nous sommes venues un vendredi soir en couple, nous pensions passer un moment exceptionnel, mais ce fut pas le cas!! Nous avons demandé pour changer une entrée, on s’est fait remonter par le serveur parce qu’on a pas dit au moment de la réservation que nous n’aimions pas ça…déjà faudrait comprendre la carte si on voulait dire quelque chose, car tout n’est pas bien expliqué de ce que c’est, et de plus quand on vient dans un resto de ce standing avec les prix qu’ils pratiquent je pense qu’on peut demander un petit changement… Ensuite la nourriture était vraiment fade, problème d’assaisonnement, de saveurs et de quantité, on sortant nous avions faim…pas très normal quand même! Le service bof bof, peu professionnel, pas chaleureux! Enfin nous avons été très déçues, et au moment de payer aussi, vu les prix, on s’attend à la perfection ou presque!! Dommage… Le lendemain nous sommes allées au Perolles, ben rien à voir, là c’était la perfection!!

Jolie chambre mais petit déjeuner trop basique. 15.- en plus d’habitude c’est compris dans le prix de la chambre… Pas d’œufs, pas de chaud, pas de salade de fruits. Par rapport à un hôtel similaire ailleurs en suisse ça aurait pu/dû être mieux. Repas, bon mais sans plus.

Repas à la brasserie ! Nous avons très bien mangé! Morilles farcies un délice et au menu filet de lièvre! La viande excellente! Par contre petit déjeuner un peu simple! Pas de tresse ni de cuchaule ni de moutarde de Bénichon! Dommage pour cette période! Concernant la chambre , propre taille correcte par contre le matelas était très très dur!

Nous y sommes allés un midi, à l'occasion de la visite Cailler. Repas délicieux, aucune fausses notes. Tartare - Perches - Cerf et morilles farcies. Cuisine très raffinée au notes féminines. Le seul bémol s'il devait y en avoir un : le prix des repas enfants. Excellent, merci
